    Loreal age perfect wipes - made me smile. I am on last 2 packs from our march dtd:))

    That's when I first discovered them ;) shame I didn't stock up big time then :( but I still get them on JTD when they are 2gbp in Asda, now 4.70 in mr T :eek::eek::eek:

    Thats nothing they go to the shops over here in jammies and dressing gown lol :rotfl:

    :o:o:o

    did it once :p

    well long story but: once we were drinking heavily on a Friday night and woke up Sat morning still drunk(ya know the moment when you're still silly and the hangover didn't kick in yet :p) and wanted beer, it was before 8am :eek: and normally they don't sell alkohol so early in the morning so me and another girl decided we gonna wear pjs&dressing gowns and go&try :D we made the SAs(male;)) smile(they were probably not very happy to be at work so early on a Sat so it was to our adventage;)) and they sold us the 20 cans we wanted :D :rotfl:
  • Right this is my 500th post so I better make it a good one. I'll tell you about my whoopsie trip last night :D

    Mr T's;
    3 Tapas meals = £1.50 - £1.50 multibuy = FREE!
    2 pints Organic skimmed milk = 22p
    650g Special K oats and honey = 80p
    Cauliflower = 9p

    Mr A's;
    What I really needed was milk so I had a quick browse of the dates as none in whoopsie cabinet and my A's seems to often have milk reductions. Found 5 x 4pt semi skimmed filtered milk and 6 x 4pt whole milk with yesterdays sell by date. Asked a lovely young SA 'Excuse me please could you tell me if the milk with today's date on should be reduced?' he replied 'Oh yes it should be 10p, thanks for pointing that out, how many would you like??' :D I have no room in the freezer so only took 3 semi skimmed but that should last the week as it has a 1 week use by :) While I was waiting, a lady with a trolley full of whoopsies picked up 4 pints and I explained that there would be some for 10p in a moment. She saw that I'd picked up some reduced lamb breast for 10p (I've never cooked it but thought I'd give it a bash) She says 'Do you know how to cook that? I'm a professional chef, it's so sad that young people today don't know how to cook.' Now I'm not one for being strictly PC and thought well I suppose that's probably true on the whole but must have looked a little offended/puzzled I'm not sure!! She then said 'Oh it's ok, I've got 4 daughters and they're all blond!!' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Well I just found it hilarious that this batty old woman was basically telling me that young blond people (ie: me) don't know how to cook! I guess others may have taken offence but I walked away having a right old giggle to myself :D

    So in A's I bought
    3 x 4pt semi skimmed milk = 30p
    1 pack pork sausages = 10p
    1 Lamb breast = 10p

    So total spend T's and A's = £1.61 :T

    Look on my face when I went over on my knees slipping on a grape in T's = PRICELESS! :o:D:eek: Reckon I've got a no win/no fee claim?! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    We are many we are one xxx

    So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.
