I personally put it in toward the end. Potatoes normally thicken it up so I wait till its done so I can judge it.

I put the cornflour in a mug and add water to it until its runny not lumpy then stir it in.

It's probably not how the pros do it but it works for me.

I feel like a good cook now, because JJ's so good and I always add any thickener towards the end and do the same, mix it water first.
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

This young lad comes into our place every evening with his order & is always chewing on Haribo. He always offers me some :D so I returned the favour yesterday by giving him a bag of my Christmas Mix - he was so pleased :D

  • I had a trial dinner tonight got some gammon steaks whoopsed of course and rubbed cajun seasoning onto them olive oil in a hot pan and cooked for about 5 mins took them out added 2 teaspoons of chopped chilli in marinade from a jar and some soy sauce gammon steaks back in for another 10 mins. had this with homemade wedges and sweetcorn. Only try this if you like hot and spicy food as my @ss found out an hour or so later.
