How are you supposed to find the grabbits on this thread? There have been dozens of pages just today, and appear to consist solely of women nattering!

    up to speed now... :o

It takes me ages to catch up with you lately... Hmm, didn't seem to have this problem when I had to write my esseys

anyway been to Boots of course :D the same one I got trouted in the other day :p different staff of course but the SA messed up big time  I got 6 shots, 6 Ricolas, no7 nail polish and cotton gloves... gave her a no7 starter kit to try with voucher but it didn't work so I said :never mind, I'll just leave it" so she scanned all the other bits. the total was 9.66 :eek::eek: but I paid thinking the glitch is over... looked at my receipt and she scanned only 5 Ricolas  off to a different till where the clueless SA had no idea what to do, she tried to refund me 6 shots but it was coming to big fat ZERO and she was so confused :rotfl: Passed 'my case' on to her supervisor who then noticed there was no7 starter kit I paid for!!! the SA didn't take it off! so I said I want my fiver back and refund on the cotton gloves which resulted in 6 shots, 5 Ricolas and a nail polish for 2GBP odd :T she was a little confused too but I just said "oh, the other stuff is all on offer 3for2 and free shots ;)
been to another Boots with ss tills after work but only 2 shots left :(

Big T trip for me tomorrow as need to stock up on fresh food again and maybe some nice DTD/bargains/glitches

no drinking for me tonight as I'm just coming down with a cold :(:(:( bf had his for the last 3 days so I guess my turn now... of course over the weekend as usual  won't stop me going to T though :p:p:p

HC I'm waiting with my camera ready!!!!!!!!!!

No worries :) JJ quick Q for you do you put the cornflour in at the start or the last hour when making a stew in a slowcooker?

I personally put it in toward the end. Potatoes normally thicken it up so I wait till its done so I can judge it.

I put the cornflour in a mug and add water to it until its runny not lumpy then stir it in.

It's probably not how the pros do it but it works for me.

I don't suppose it matters. I use water though. :)
