  • baby sleeping bags....cheap...where?? are these the 1 tog grobags??? i need my baby to stay still or get out, i'm become neurotic/schizophrenic with lack of sleep....:p:p

Yeah I'm pretty sure they are the 1 tog Grobags. They had a couple RTC in one of my stores, for £5 something, they were white and had tractors on them, dunno if that's what others have been getting cheap but might be worth a check if you see any like that :)

The single one I got today was the man....but someone posted a few days about the boy one scanning cheap for the twin pack. Not sure about b/c or anything though.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Found you , had a nice afternoon at the outlets with dd and shes very happy with her haul from nike, billabong, next, gap and claires.....and still has money left to spend . She actually thanked me for stopping her from going to hollister and spending more than what she did today on on sweatshirt, so maybe my mse ways are clicking with her too.

Ohhh where did you go? Last outlet I was in (Junction 1) was like a ghost town.
    Are they easy to maintain?

I was just watching a programme on TV and it showed these fish http://www.fishchannel.com/fish-species/saltwater-profiles/domino-damsel-2.aspx and thought that they looked nice and that I'd like a tank full of them.

No no no, long horned cowfish. No matter how hard a salt water tank is to keep, I would love to keep these babies (yes I've posted about these before but any excuse to post again!):

I thought you were joking but I just checked on the Official site its true can't say I'm sorry except I hate the upheaval of keep changing managers. I have spoken to him, nice enough man but some odd tactics & team selections.

Can we have ollie back a man with real passion

What a draw for the next round eh? What do you reckon for the outcome (presuming MK Dons don't get there first) :p

We need a really good, coat on, out the door in 2 minutes, global glitch, One of my favourites from last year was the beer glitch that only lasted 2 1/2 hours. My OH was out the door in 2 minutes and got about £300 worth of Carling for £40 something. That was my claim to fame because I was quoted in the mail as being the forum person that was relaying information back to the forum as OH was updating me by phone and I was posting. They even shut off the beer aisles in some T's that day:eek::eek:Oh the good old days;):rotfl:

That was my first ever glitch and the first time I was almost having to choose between beer and my beloved boys for car space. Thankfully the glitch was fixed on the last 2 cases so crisis averted :rotfl:
she's actually quite nice in real life...or at least she was years ago when she worked for BBCNI...must agree that its a bit stupid bringing out a fitness dvd when you are a skinny minnie...she's that skinny her teeth look huge!

I know a few people that went to school with her but she was at my rival school so I have to dislike her simply for that reason! Anyone local might know which school I was at then :o
Was gonna say the same, DH used to pick the presenters, staff and other things up.
She was always the one he met, the first time he did he told me how nice she was and how she asked if he needed anything, even a cup of tea, while he was waiting!

I was told the same by a girl who worked for BBCNI. She never wanted to be in front of the camera but they needed eye candy and the rest as they say is history. Have to say her accent has softened a bit but originally it was probably like mine and nowhere near as strong as the ones you normally hear on BBC News during riot season

And last but not least, it must have been the day for Technika DVD players :T I was in yesterday and a lovely SA (one of the tech guys) told me on the quiet there were a couple of cheap ones in the warehouse but 20 minutes later, could he find them? Figured he was telling porkies and had maybe put them behind for someone else.

Was in the same store today to check the upscaling player that was meant to be £13.xx when I spotted the same SA. He seemed to dart away and I thought he was away to get security as that was 2 days in a row I'd been lurking in the electricals. Had just lifted the dvd player when I hear a voice behind me. I looked up and it was the SA asking if I'd been in yesterday. He said he was fairly sure it was me (didn't have the kids yesterday so was better able to flirt ;)) so I confirmed his suspicions. He said he found the dvd player just after I left and he produced a black one from behind his back which was even better as he'd been told it was the pink ones that were £22. I might have given him a hug I was so happy :j

I then ran off to the price checker to scan the other player when what did I find sitting on the shelf ............... another one! I'd only left the scanner a few minutes before so what a day! 2 portable dvd players for the boys and they cost under £50 for the pair. Also got loads of Xmas decorations to replace the ones I bought as part of a couple so I can start afresh with all my own stuff and no memories this year.

Voldemort would be ripping if he knew what I was buying the kids, even more so if he knew how little I'd paid :T I love this site :D

Edit: just spotted a post made while I was jabbering on. The DVD players I got today were over excited bouncy bloke and SS10 if that help?

it seems to be yes as the man on the front stock seems to be SS10 (spring/summer 2010) ...the dual dvd players are going for £25, single are £22....and the ones with the boy on from SS11 are going for £79.99 and £69.99...but hopefully they will drop soon!! :D

they seem to be popping up every now and again so keep your eyes peeled ;) I got a SS10 blu-ray player for 50p last week!! Found it all lonely on its own on the shelf....:j admittedly it was a return with no remote control...but it works fine and someone had left Smokin Aces dvd in it - bonus!! And have ordered a new remote for Ts to reimburse me!!!
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

I have all his dvds, we went and seen him on tour in Cardiff, were in 4th row - it was fantastic. I didn't think the dvd did the end of the show justice unless he did it differently on that night.

I love all his stuff including pheonix nights and that peter kay thing.:T

We are huge Phoenix Nights fans!....and Max and Paddy (but not as good as PN).
I love Peter Kay.....except for when he laughs....i always think it sounds a bit false!

they are so handy for when little ones get big enough that you can't swaddle them...seen them a few months back but they were £13 and I just couldn't justify it...why DH and I sold/donated everything from the meerkat i'll never know...its so expensive having a baby and its like we are starting from scratch again, only with less income/pennies x
    Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.
New Baby meerkat due 09/09/2013 :)

About 60 posts to go so I am going to challenge myself to increase my total BUT by making meaningful posts rather than just rubbish ( don't panic not all on this thread!)

I never find any new glitches so I'm just going to post a couple of cr*appy messages each day to get my next star, so expect at least a good morning or good night from me for the rest of the month :D
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

i love him too...never fails to make me howl...even in the John Smiths adverts :rotfl: however, although our tickets gave a good view, tbh I dont think I'd aim to sit so close again...his voice was very muffled as we were sat so close to the huge speakers at the front!

Did he do the leotard & guitar thing to Queen at the end..wiith all the fireworks/partypoppers? They scared the s h i t out of me when they came flying into the crowd, but was faf watching him dodgy the fire bits from the fireworks!!! :rotfl:

OMG just been on clubcard site, not been on it in a while but just remembered I hadn't changed my address so have done it now.
Anyway back to the OMG statement

I clicked on a tab on the left side of the screen saying 'Your points' and low and behold there is a full list of when I've used my CC, including store and number of points awarded. When you click on 'show info' it opens up a mini window to show where, when, CC number, points awarded and transaction total!!!!

When did they start putting that on your CC acount??
At least it'll be handy if you need proof you were in a store on a certain date if you need a duplicate reciept often, like me :)
