I wondered that but the wrapping paper and cereal threw me, I know there has been a few coupons around for different cereals. Anyway 13 is my lucky number and seeing as it is 13th today thought would try my luck.
Or it could be an OOD BOGOF SEL ... I managed one of these once :j0 -
That is so good to hear, well done to your DS. :T
DD3 is not as academic as my other 2 and she has her first GSCE today, in English Literature. Probably sat doing it at this moment. I really hope she reads the question properly as got ungraded in the mock as had not answered what had been asked. Her teacher said the content would have been a "C" grade. I am so nervous she seems to young by far to be taking exams and GCSEs seemed to pass me by with DD1 and DD2 did not have to get involved at all. DD2 being self motivated to the extreme and DD1 always doing enough to get the results she wanted. DD3s school are getting them to do this quite early as they "felt they would all cope". I hope they get a chance to retake the module if it doesn't go well. But hopefully it won't be needed.
She sounds just like my son....I'm sure he's away with the fairies half the time. If he'd only listen to all the instructions without leaping in headfirst I'm sure he's do better.
He's good at history though because he's really interested in it and his Geography teacher was once amazed at his knowledge of some pretty obscure Country's. DS didn't tell him that it was because he loves the "Long Way Down" series on the TV as he and DH are motorbike fanatics and have watched them travelling through Africa or Europe and Asia several times over!!
I said it doesn't matter how he learned it....it's the fact that he knows all about these country's that counts! My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

The Lindt eggs are full price now, it seems they fixed it after it was in the news.0 -

As I just said on the other thread, my mum sent that article to me (it's mine and WBMF's local rag). I don't think any of us need worry as the lady in question was responsible for ensuring the prices are correct and bought the items knowing full well the price was wrong. Maybe if she'd worked on the tills and thought she had a bargain things would be different.0 -

The Lindt eggs were put right quite quickly as were the Cadbury mini eggs that were 1p and BOGOF. Think because the misprice hit the news tuesday afternoon. Someone reported on Grabbit getting them in my store for 1p monday afternoon and I went after the Telegraph online article had been published around 3pm that day and they scanned full price. Think a few people were still lucky at some stores tuesday evening but can't remember anyone reporting finding them for 1p after then. HTHs0
