Got mine couple weeks ago and all was well - maybe since then they have had more problems...

However, since hearing about these kinds of drinks on the Truth About Food programme, I won't be buying them anymore so it's great I got my money back...!

I got a letter today from Actimel saying that my receipt was missing/invalid, hence they weren't going to pay up. There was nothing wrong with my receipts, they were all there, the only thing was that one of the packs came up as 'Yoghurt Drinks' not 'Actimel'. That is just not on - it's not like the customer is responsible for the way Tesco's till receipts print up! Not to mention the fact that all the tabs from the packs proving I had bought Actimel were present anyway.

I sent the letter back, complete with receipts and told them they would have to take up the receipt problem with Tesco and they had better pay me or I would be seeing Trading Standards. Has anyone actually been in touch with Trading Standards and what did they say?

I got my 2nd refund back (done at my mums address in my name)-came back ok. I was concerned as this one had just "yoghurt drinks" on it-brought in tesco. but cheque came ok, although now i have to get my friend who works at the bank to pay it in for me, as on the cheque is my name, but mums full address (which doesn't match my address at the bank!).

Still having to pester them for my cheque - apparently they received nothing from my address, but I ordered them via tescos home delivery so I still have an email with my order confirmation to prove it thank god.

Will have to see what happens....

I received my cheques promptly - no hassle. Sent one through my friend at her add. as she wasn't interested. : )

Got my postage refunded as well! I was very impressed by their thoughtfulness, I must say.

I read the small print very carefully - I sellotaped the proofs of postage eg 100 g x8, the cardboard form and my whole receipt with the purchase circled.

Finally got a reply from them. They said they won't pay as I hadn't included the pack size tokens. (I know 100% for sure that I did- I stuck them all on a piece of card so they couldn't say there was one missing like some people had experienced) and if I want to send some they'll pay out. Yeah. Nice con to make me buy more. NOT HAPPY. I guess more people claimed than they had anticipated...
