Send them a letter before action. You can sue them for harassment. Main difference between you and them- you have a case, they don't. They have had a go at swindling you- make them pay!

When you say send them a letter before action do you mean before they " inform the courts" on 6th April to complain of harassment.

No. They won't be going anywhere near a court on 6th April. It is just part of the scam.

What I mean is that YOU can sue THEM. For unlawful harassment, which these people do routinely.

It involves issuing a claim against them and the company which owns the land. Much simpler than it sounds.... Would probably net you severaL hundred. It did for me!

Another poster also got a payout (smaller) from a PPC when he/she sent a Letter Before Action citing harassment, to a very miffed landowner.

What on earth makes you PPC moneygrabbers think for one minute that harassment law (and disability law, come to that) doesn't apply to you chancers?

Just to add 6/4/12 is Good Friday and so I doubt very much there will be anyone working on their behalf in the Courts that day

Nope, haven't seen proof.

But I am familiar with the Equality Act 2010 in depth and the Protection from Harassment Act in enough detail to know you lot breach both.

You and I both know you only get away with it because the British public are generally sheep-like in their belief that 'if it looks official, it must be official'. Hi-Vis vest sydrome is what nets PPC scammers thousands, and general apathy/ignorance from many people.

GivethemFA has stated repeatedly that he was successful in obtaining damages from a PPC. Perhaps he is unable to give details of which PPC because of a confidentiality clause in the deal?
