Give the app ago you can always delete it if it don't work

The funny thing is sometimes the app dose work when the website is not running properly

You can sign up form the app as well.

  • Finally managed to open an account today-received security code text within 10 minutes and worked ok.
I was a bit cheesed off to discover that you can only set up a "Magic Number" to another Orange number though! O2's postcode bolt on lets you ring any landline. Dont want to attempt unlocking new phone so looks like I will be keeping two phones for a while-one for making calls and one for receiving calls!
On a positive note, my new Orange Monte Carlo is superb with a very large screen it is like a mini tablet-great for the internet.

Thought I'd let you all know I finally managed to set up my orange online account today. During the process I did get a couple of 'There was a glitch' errors but I paged back and tried again and then finally got through.

Oddly enough I have a 7 digit account number from Phones4U and the web site is only accepting an 8 digit account number. I'd better check my Phone4U paper work again! :(

Duh. I feel a bit conned or naive.

Phones4U advertised my new contract as 24.56 so I thought I was getting a good deal.

Just viewed my first online bill and find they've slapped on 20% VAT so I'm paying over £29.

In the past when choosing a new contract, the price quoted was usually what I paid. Am I naive?
