So no LLU services are available and you are on the dire O2 Access service. Nothing will improve until you come off that.

I'm looking into returning to Zen http://www.ispreview.co.uk/review/top10.php

I know they're not the cheapest at all, but people tend to stick to what they know - and Zen were very very good when i was last with them. They could be appalling now for all i know, but i hope not. On the plus side, they do a 1 month rolling contract rather than 12 month.

Quite disappointed. My Zen connection has just gone live & this is what i'm getting:



I don't know if it'll improve the longer the router stays connected, but at the moment i'm quite disappointed.

Need to see router stats. Speed test results are meaningless without knowing what they are based on.
