20,000 Tesco points for mobile contract, more expensive than advertised

I also am still waiting for all of my 20,000 clubcard points after purchasing a phone mid December.
Tesco are a joke, keep promising they will be on the next clubcard run. I received my statement yesterday and surprise surprise no 20,000 points!!!

I have written a severe letter of complaint and we will see what happens now. Bang out of order, Six months on and no points as promised!!

Just responding to the few entries on here as my experience might help someone else. Was expecting my 20000 points to be added on to my club card after purchasing the £26/ mth mobile deal. After 3 mths no sign, so i called and was promised they would be added in august. No sign and 3 , 40 min phone calls later finally my points have been added on and converted to the bonus avios deal that i wanted. Each operator had no clue about the points, and even tried to tell it was 2000 and not 20000! each time i called if i was not satisfied I asked to speak to a manager and this prompted the operator to actually go and find out what the deal was without palming me off. Finally i spoke to someone who managed to add my points on through the tesco business dept or something, they were added on in a few days, don't agree to wait until the next month for them to go on as they CAN do it right away if you are due them! I kept reminding them of my contract and my experience if you wait 3 mths they may not be added on again then back to square one.
Even though they missed my august statement they WERE able to add on my points and convert them right away to the current avios deal for me so it can be done. It is frustrating as you are waiting for your points and you are seeing good deals passing you by!
