Scrap that, sorry guys, it seems my email entries were infact from 2010. I'm not sure what to do now, I've never received a prize from this company and I don't know when they posted the name on their site, but I do daily searches on google and it only popped up a couple of days ago. I could well have entered their december competition last year but I don't remember how I may have entered as I do many, many comps daily. Hmm do I still have the right to complain to the IPM?
ETA - My facebook name is Emma Jane Dav for those wanting to know I will contact the IPM tomorrow and let you all know what happens from there. Thanks to everyone who have helped and given advice so far! Huge thank you to all posters on the comps board!

Well I'm guessing as they said on their FB page "the image and text above serve as a link to our website competitions page" they are referring to my name for the December 2011 competition, so unless someone out there really does have the same name as me and has entered that competition, they're still using my name as the winner.
Also thanks again to everyone helping on here and on facebook. I love how everyone on this forum sticks together and helps/advises where possible Huge thank you to all posters on the comps board!0 -
lol i think they are talking rubbish i put your name in fb before and only you came up ...i would be very surprised indeed if another one with same name as you won!...
