Time is so precious. Well done Beanie.
Well...the pie was lush. If I say so myself...not that I am doing the NS pastry again...a right faff. My grandmothers shortcrust recipe (guesswork basically but it's the same amount of fat to flour) will do next time.
A bit was left so that'll do for my and Dd1s lunch. Her last day of revision and then exams are overWell until next year... DD2 also got a brilliant report from her additional GCSE class which she does outside school....very proud mum here
Just watched A Monster Calls...Feel quite ravaged by it...but sign of a good book/movie. Everyone heading for an early night. Me too. Second day AFD and I am not missing it a bit.
No TTs...but next week should be a few. Very excitingLooking to a good meal plan too and lots of eating in the garden
Have a great week folks xxMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

AFD day and cycled.
LSD
Meal planning worked well as DD1 cracked on whilst I was late home.
Quiet family evening huddled round the fire, all working/revising. Felt more like Autumn than early June
Hoping for better weather tomorrow and hopefully a money shuffle

So cold here I went to neighbours to warm up. Might have to do the same today. The central heating is not going back on until as late as possible in October...business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Ha pooh, thanks brilliant. I must remember that one.
Been AFD this week, even yesterday evening/early hours (slumped into bed at 4, woke up at 7 - just had a sneaky nap as a result) but will have a glass this evening as going out for a very special celebratory family meal which I organised last week. Very excited so hope it's as good as we plan. Pleased I have been AFD as wouldn't have got through a stressful week if I had been drinking and so so tired. Lots of extra work this week but the financial benefits will be there in a fortnight or so.
Used the time after the polling stations closed to reorganise my kitchen with DD1, declutter hugely and feel much much better about it all. She was a fantastic help and had lots of good ideas. She has also taken photos for Some eBay items to sell so need to sort listing this weekend.
Will update my signature...but decluttering target has been 100% exceeded :j
Current account looking tight, but have just made a TT of £3.34. Can't wait until my next money shuffle in a week's time. Unexpected income too from renting our camper to a friend, so that will be banked and used for the special meal with lots left over.
Received my copy of Economy Gastronomy from A"azon this morning (£4.30 inc. postage) so have used that to meal plan for next week. All veggie or pescartarian except for Spaghetti Bol (with organic lush mince from a local farm that was delivered last week) on WednesdaySome fresh ingredients to buy, but greengrocer will do for that one, on way back from work one day. Otherwise purse firmly shut.
Sitting in the garden enjoying Life. Thankfully the weather is a million times better now than earlier in the week.
Have a great weekend all
