Yes the weather is fantastic here - just like a summer holiday, about 28 degrees. Hope the UK weather holds for when we get back home, it would be nice.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Very pleased to hear it SA.
A spendy yesterday as for the first time in 2 years I hit the online SSainsers site and spent a load including entertaining for a dinner party and chocolate for Easter for about 6 teenagers!!! Anyhow, should be good for a bit now.
Still hoping to earn more this month again but need to keep energy levels up. Am missing yet another class this evening which is bad news. I need to keep a balance in my life and although I flopped into bed pretty early last night and didn't have the usual early alarm call this morning it takes a while to make up the chronic sleep deficit.
Have a good week and will try and catch up on diaries soon

Hello Brizzle,
Sorry its been a while, just popping in to say hello but seems all sounding good at your end
I never really counted AFDs as over the years they gradually increased all by themsleves. But I reckon I would win hands downon any challenge now as am teetotal (interaction with meds:(
Looking on longingly at some lovely vino from last year just gathering dust....
Makes me feel very righteous and virtuous though:rotfl:
Have a lovely weekend:)

Thanks NOA...good to 'see' you and thanks for dropping by.
I do need to drink less, it's definitely less good for me these days when I have a baseline of exhaustion, sleep deprivation and I think I am more affected by drinking at certain points in my cycle. So AFDs help me with that...still lose track and forget to count them tho...boo. More of a 'guess' target it seems!!
Right..need to achieve lots today....paid work, exercise, laundry, finance director stuff....does it ever end??? No clearly not although DD1 is cooking dinner which will be a big help.
Have a great day folks

I try to limit my alcohol intake to twice a week, but I know one glass will generally lead to 2. My days off differ to my husbands which can often throw a spanner in the works... Thanks MfD..meant to drop in this morning to see how you were doing but then had to rush to my exercise class...feeling worthy now before starting work...and vowing to live a 'clean' life next week..well try anyway
Now enjoying the beautiful garden as I have found a shady spot. Well worth busting the budget on in 2015. We get a lot of enjoyment out of it.

Almost through with the week. It's been a tiring one and more to do this evening. In good news stew is in the SC (nothing like frying onions at 6am to make one shattered!) and will be eaten very very quickly when I get in. Could eat a horse. And in the money shuffle today have paid off one CC in full.. and another is almost gone. Will be next month and then can focus on the remaining one and paying off the flights. I have topped up the pension and ISA too as I have earnt more recently. Think it's the right thing to do even if not strictly following Mr Martin's advice :money: - I have also pulled back on the OPs. Looking at the Frugalwoods etc and MMM I can see how my money working in the stock market is probably a better bet (literally!) But do need to build up my EF. It's £100 at the moment which wouldn't go very far.MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
