Thanks lovely peeps..you are all so good to me :o

Today has been a spendy day (house maintenance :( getting chimneys swept and boilers serviced but all has to be done and supposedly according to my SOA there was £100pm for it so £1200 pa...where has it gone I wonder )

OH has done a sterling job with the bedroom. Almost finished! And then we can move back in and stop camping in DD1's room!

    In other news..

    1. Nice HM veggie soup for lunch with HM bread. Tea was a hotchpotch pasta sauce of pesto, goats cheese, plenty of garlic and pepper, 2 slices of bacon between 4, spring greens...and, dear readers, if I say so myself, it was YUM. And best of all only took 20 mins to make. :T

    2. Took the step of getting myself an accountant. Went fully prepared..which helped...and had a free initial consultation. Think I am clearer now on stuff and that will all help me stay DF in the future :)

    3. Watered down my wine!!! :rotfl:.. Well every little helps! And quite frankly it's fine. Not bad these sub £5 bottles from Sainsbugs you know.. even with water:)

    4. Done the TTs as usual and updated the spreadsheets and we are sub £2k:T:T

    5. Switched the heating off..it's SO mild.

Hope to cruise the diaries later...have a great weekend folks

  • All sounding good Brizz, I add cheap lemonade to white wine to make it last longer, like the water idea though as it's free.

Hi PWPS..yes nicked the idea of a good mate who chucks cheap soda water in hers...I guess it's also healthier although as my wine generally gets served in a bucket maybe not!!! How are you anyway? Marching on?

OH has gone out :) I will miss him but every cloud has a silver lining ;) as it means I can properly catch up on here once DDs are in bed:)

Did anyone read the article a few weeks back about putting wine through a Sodastream with lemonade to make fizz. Apparently the cheap wine works best.
