We used to visit a Cl@rks outlet but costs a bit in fuel to get there and ages so hardly worth it. As I said am pretty lucky that kids don't grow much!

Good day today spends wise. Groceries and that's it.

Started decluttering DDs room too...hard work! Both DDs resistant to clearing stuff out!

    Hope alls good with everyone.

    So small steps:

    - updated signature..not as much as I had hoped, but still settling down
    - more decluttering
    - plants in coldframe doing well
    - sent off last quarters panels assessment
    - £90 extra against CCs as had made an OP to a CC which is now clear (will show on next week's update)

I pity you Mrs B. My girls hate to get rid of anything especially the old toys. I still have a room full of baby dolls and toy ponies ! Good luck with that one :p

Sounds like you are doing fab on your DF mission, as is Mr B. What a team ! x

Thanks SBO and Mrs PG..yes it's much better as a team.:)

Just done some spreaddies for July. Cash flow will be tricky but the van hire fees should help. Am also joining Kat's scary but necessary monthly Challenge! It will be hard work but I think it's the right thing to do.

Just ordering food for next week..and am trying to buy veggies rather than meat..much more MSE!:D multitasking as the £2 orange stickered chicken is in the oven (massoovsive reduction) and also having a glass of wine and watching the tennis!

I will have to search for Kat's monthly challenge - I'm expecting the July from hell and will need all the help I can get!

Well done with the reduced shopping. One of my pledges was to call at T3sco any evening I was driving past to check for reductions. I did it a few times and got some really bargalicious bread, but then forgot/got lazy. It's back on my list!
LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

Will done girls..but be warned I suspect this will be a boot camp style challenge...Ninja Saving Kat seems fair but its tough love :rotfl:;) not sure how keen she will be on my reducing my groceries spend to £550!! :D:rotfl:

Drinking a bizarre concoction this eve...discovered 3 bottles of port in the larder...yes it is a big larder:o and as we only have ginger beer in ( not big soft or fizzy drinks people) I am drinking this...OH and I have already agreed that its better with lemonade...I may have to go and buy some..but much cheaper than PG or SB!

Catch up later..hope everyone is getting some sun..it is scorching and importantly cloudless here..and panels still pretty full on. £3.50 already and more to come. Lots of washing pegged out. Rarely miss the TD..have to say those of you with one, think v hard whether you need it. Airers and driers may not be the neatest..but they don't need energy!!

Laters folks. Hope Kerri enjoyed house hunting...

Thanks Mrs B, we found a house :) I'm going to be able to put the washing out on the line for the first time in years. Although the house also has a TD, have already warned OH we will not be using it as it's so expensive. Saturday was an absolute scorcher! x
