He loves street art, as do I..we have a few prints in the house...( maybe its a Bristol thing!) ...he's bought a small print from someone quite well known ( not Banksy though..budget was not that large:rotfl:!) Limited edition. But £60 so it'll be his total present.

I guess it's something that has a resale value and will last...I really think we have really turned a corner money wise. Funny how it needed both of us. Me by myself has just not been working..as my signature showed!!

Nice to see you back Mrs H. You've been missed....now where is that New Leaf?? She has been MIA for FAR too long...

I hope it doesn't look like the $100 piece my OH brought back. It's apparently of a fence, but looks like a used blue sanitary towel!
He's now banned from buying artwork unless I vet it first.

    Nope...definitely not...not sure I could live with a blue fence..sanpro or otherwise. It's a distinct image..you see it's the power of a stencil!!!

Witty too...maybe he should shop for art in Bristol soon and not Canada:rotfl:

Small tasks today as away with family and friends to celebrate DD2's birthday. Having a great time in the van despite the rain showers. Girls currently watching a movie in their tent, OH reading and I have been reading the paper...bliss! Will assemble party tea shortly:D

Frugal weekend..paid for pitch yonks ago and now all no charge fun. Games, board games and movies. Books. ;)

I have also just reduced my weekly veg box, milk and fruit orders in order to use up stuff that will be left over from the weekend and made some Tilly Tidies against the remaining 2 CCs. Am not sure whether to update my sig every week so I can see my weekly progress..I think I will, a bit like Caz with her scores on the doors every Friday.

Think that's it. Van out on hire again next week..festival goers next time. But will be near on £700 so if they pay promptly again and all is Ok that will go straight against the CC. Am not sure whether to spread payments between the 2, they are big long term 0% deals or have the 'thrill' ;) of hitting one, then the tother. Thoughts anyone?

    Hope everyone is OK

    X
