  • Dear diary

I live in hope that one day very soon I will have something positive to say, that my life is on the up and that I can see a bright future - yeah right as if!!

I am just too tired to even try and explain how bad today has been. In summary it involved social services, the council and about 5 estate agents. We are going round and round and round in circles - I just despair.

Maybe the next time I write I will have good news!

    Bye for now

  • Dear diary

It's Monday and today marks our 28th day in this council B&B. We were originally told that we could stay here for 28 days - so from here on we are probably on borrowed time. We are very down as rented property round here are going in hours! I phoned one yesterday which came on 'Gumtree' 5 hours earlier - it had been taken already. There is nothing in the local papers etc and the three 'bond friendly' estate agents have nothing on their books. We were seriously considering a total relocation last night as there appears to be loads of property else where in the country. I'm not sure I'm strong enough mentally to pull together a relocation? God I hope something turns up soon?

I'm meeting our support worker this morning for a coffee and a shoulder to cry on. I'm hoping she will have some words of wisdom for me.

Our situation is now worrying our eldest - he confided in hubby yesterday that he's very down about it and can't talk about it with his friends - I feel like a real failure as a parent and so does hubby.

Oh well - I will let you know what today brought later on.

    Bye for now

I have every confidence that you are strong enough as a family to relocate, if required

Hope you manage to get everything of your mind when you talk to the suport worker, can they suggest someone that your DS can also talk to

I'll check back later tonight to see how you are
