  • Hello everyone.

I've been reading your inspirational organisational skills so thought I'd also add meal planning to help my baby steps to financial recovery. I will definitely be stealing some ideas from you all!

    Monday 9th
Beef stroganoff (steak from market, mushrooms in fridge and packet mix in cupboard)

    Tuesday 10th
Sausage & Mash with onion gravy (sausages from market, potatoes, onions & gravy from cupboard)

    Wednesday 11th
Chicken in a creme fraiche sauce and rice (chicken from market and creme fraiche from fridge and rice from cupboard)

    Thursday 12th
Homemade lasagne made from spag bol in freezer (all other ingredients from cupboard)

    Friday 13th
Pan fried chicken with saute potatoes and cauliflower cheese

I may have to switch the meals around during the week depending on how much time I have but that's the meal plan done.
