Yes we have some screenshots but at the moment the police don't really seem interested.
I don't think it is an offence to use someone card if they have given you the details - by its nature you have authorised them full access to the account through an ATM. Most banks I have ever been a member of would give you short shrift if you complained that someone defrauded you in this manner (unless you lied about giving them all your details in the first place)0 -
