    Yes, we made her save up the loan amount...even though she has not had to pay it (so far). I expect she's spent it by now though since we gave her bank card back ;)

    I don't think it is an offence to use someone card if they have given you the details - by its nature you have authorised them full access to the account through an ATM. Most banks I have ever been a member of would give you short shrift if you complained that someone defrauded you in this manner (unless you lied about giving them all your details in the first place)
