I booked Haven Quay West for the 19th March. I have had the bill from Haven and it says 50% off Entertainment passes whereas the Sun website states that they were free on breaks starting 19th March. I rang Haven and explained this and they said I needed to contact the Sun and gave me a phone number. I have just tried calling but the line is now engaged and the only way to contact them is in writing. Does anybody know how I can resolve this?

If you go onto https://www.ukholidaysinthesun.co.uk/contactus then you can email them with your problem. I had to do this twice last week and they got back to me within a day or two.

there are hardly any dates in the *actual* school holidays ever available though ..... as (understandably) the parks can fill up with full paying guests!

Help - Ive lost my priority code so I can book online and only two days left - anyone know how I can get another one - or who I can contact to get hold of my original one. Not happy as wanted to get a cheap hol for the kids as can't afford anything else.

Any advice helpful

Hi Guys,

This is my first time using the sun holiday tokens. I applied for two seperate weeks in france and got them back but they are overlapping by a couple of days. They overlap by three days so I am wondering if anyone else has been in the same position. Ideally I would love to be able to tag the overlapping middle three days on to the end e.g at the moment if I have 1st to 8th for one week and 5th to 12th for the second, changing them would give me 1st to 15th.
Can this be done or do i need to contact the individual campsite to rearrange the dates. Both bookings are for the same campsite. I realise the sun themselves don't do amendments but wondered what happens in a case such as mine.

Why did you book overlapping hols to begin with?? Why didn't you book 2nd week to immediately follow the 1st week??? Which month are your holidays in?? Which site in France??

I don't believe the site would change the dates for you.

I managed to book last week (so did my sis) when other dates were added and actually got butlins for oct half term.
