I booked a 3 day break in June with park resorts under pay on 9.50 at this park. I have just received a bill for the gas/ elec for £20. Contacted them and they said it was a error i should have been charge .They were good and did cancell it off. Please check if u get charged.

hi all, i've just received my confirmation for my sun holiday booked but its the wrong park, n when i contacted the park they say its the sun's fault as they send over the details & i have to contact the sunholidays direct, but i can't find a contact no, has this happen you anyone else or does anyone no how i can contact sunholidays directly??

Has any one who booked a european break had contact by campotel kelair to make a payment of £49? im just wondering as I have never made a european booking and was unsure of who they are and what its for?Looking forward to new ventures :beer:0

I also got a letter from Hoburne with the wrong park details - Bashley instead of Cotswolds. Really annoying that the Sun Holidays Customer Services are not open on a Saturday. I have sent an email and will follow up on Monday but would have been good to speak to someone today about it - I am not a patient person! Makes me feel a bit better knowing that I am not the only one this has happened to. Hope all those affected get their holidays sorted out by The Sun.0 -
yes i had booked Cotswold aswell n got confirmation for Bashley, i have sent email to the sun & i also will ring on Monday but i will not be happy if i can't now go to the Cotswold cos they have messed up!!0

it will be £15 for insurance damage waiver, and then x per night service charge
no charge for entertainments passes

Hi i have just spoken to Sunholidays who say they def sent over the correct details & they def have me booked at Holburn Cotswold, they say they will contact the park for me and also re send the details & i should receive a new confirmation in the post,the man i spoke with was very helpful! Hope you managed to get yours sorted
