Thanks. Not yet, still the same error and they've not replied, but it's okay cos we've a cottage break lined up for late Feb. So if I don't hear anything this time around I'll try again when the next lot start (normally March time I think?). :beer:

Yep, that's correct, booked a week in the South of France - not far from St Tropez for £120 from 9th July, looked at the campsite direct and they are quoting £900. OK, there's the service charge to come on top of that but even so, a week in the South of France for under £200 in July is not to be sniffed at I reckon!

Hi, Has anyone been to Bude Holiday Park? It was the only park in cornwall available for 4th June... Have read some reviews that dont sound too good.... It was either here or nowhere!! At least we got something unlike some poor people on here

Hi same thing happened to me, I booked Vilanova park in Spain. I have e-mailed them 3 times to ask for a refund because as stated in section 5 of their terms and conditions "5. For European holidays only you can book a 7 night break at a cost of £19 per person."

So far I haven't received a reply, I have gone through contact us and online payment enquiries to no avail. If you get any answers I would be glad to hear the outcome

I'm sorry but it states very clearly on their website that in june/july it is £30 each for a 7 night break. I'll try to find the link to clear it up for you.
