Went this afternoon, and was just going to get 6. But after a while in store, often passing the shots, i thought another 6 won't do any harm. After all, the SA from saturday was not on. Them remembered someone had said 15 was the best number, so thought what the heck - another 3 won't make a difference.

Got ACM vouchers - which were crap , 10% off gel and shampoo and already had a 200 points of £20 spend. Decided to get 3 x dettol handwash to meet spend threshold.

Made a novice type error when SA walked away from counter - i still put my stuff down - thinking she would return. But an older, wiser looking man spotted me and came over. I was worried.

Handed over 200 points coupon first, as told to do on here - but then the 10% off vouchers would not work. I told him to just leave them out, as it was only 10p per item. Then he said my fruit salad was classed as a sandwhich in the meal deal - and i needed to put it back and get another desert. Did that - still no problem. Handed over £5 no7 voucher.

But then, the £3 off dettol vouchers beeped. I assume because they took the spend below £20 OR Boots have blocked them due to them already being half price. To my shock - he managed to get round it and knocked me £9 off.

During all this i kept him talking and asked about sale etc (says they dont have a clue when 75% off is - but i suspect wednesday).

Final price inc the 3 dettol hand wash - £15 - today you saved £82 - and another £5 no7 voucher.

Thats me happy with what i've got and deffo just 6 at a time now if i pop in to use my £5 voucher. If its ends, i have more than enough.

Im so raging - I went out tonight to get this deal and checked the closing times of my two locals - 1 is 5.30 and the other was 6pm - so went to the early closing first - got there about 5.15pm - CLOSED !!!! Off we zoom to the other store only 2mins drive and you've guesed it CLOSED !!!! Its totally not meant to be ! I was able to see the cheap vits so hopefully they havethe shots too and the deal still works tomorrow ! I really want this deal now that you lot have so many !

got 3 more 99p vitamins and 3 shots and shower gel. Paid 1.09 using points:j Seem to have a lot of points lately:rotfl:

thought i should take advantage when i popped to get my 2p choccie.

Can't find the ricola though and my only decent sized boots doesn't seem to stock many shots.

Maybe i'll check out my smaller local tomorrow. have some others to try if it's still on thurs:T

No luck for me at canary wharf. I had 6 shots and vitamins and also some other items so as not to be obvious. No ss so a young male sa,took one look and said could not put it through together and only 1 shot. Made me feel very embarrassed so i just paid for the other items and left the vits and shots. He was definitely on the lookout.

Went in to A$hford store yesterday, they had two shots on the shelf, then I found over a dozen short dated ones reduced to 99p to clear, I left them as I didnt want to take the chance of the glitch not working, I suppose I could have peeled off the RTC labels but thats a lot of labels... lol

I got fab deal yesterday got 3x omega 3liquid, 3x cheap vits, 6x vit c, 12 shots and 12 of the new shots and paid £10
Sa did say that the shots may be one free per transaction but i said thats ok i will pay for the rest

Boots was great for glitches a few years ago. At one time I couldn't keep up with them all! You don't get many these days and they get fixed really quickly. However, this current glitch seems to be going on and on and on I'm well stocked up on ricola, vits, shots...and I have lots of nice toiletries that cost pennies:T
