That's odd. The ACM vouchers always worked on any card in the past. This must be something new. Same with the amount of ACM vouchers you can print off. At one time you could print off loads of the same voucher, but the finger trick doesn't work any more. You are lucky if you manage to print off 2 of any one voucher!

The finger trick didn't work for me. Surprisingly, I think it worked for the rubbish offers like 1/3 off boots overpriced interdental floss or something. I was just lucky enough to try on another ACM and it worked. :D

Also, when looking at my reciept for the HE, I 'paid' £1.xx for them and the saving was £1.xx and 88p. I thought I would end up 'paying' 88p for them!:o

I tried my 2nd 250 points voucher for 3xmouthwash. I gave them a 10% of three mouthwash voucher and then the 250 point voucher and the till refused to take the 250 point voucher as well, so i just got the 10% off. I then did another lot, but, I handed the 250 point voucher first and then the 10% off voucher 2nd (another one I had) and both were accepted. I bought something for £20 and put everything with that so it didn't look suspicious and then I just returned the £20 item to a store down the road for a cash refund.

Always, always, always use your points vouchers first, sometimes if you use a money off/percentage off one first and you go below the conditional spend of a points vouchers, you can't get the points, but with the other way round, it works!:T

Daft question. I think my offers included extra points for a £20 spend. I take it Boots aren't that kind that you get the points for the spend before discounts?

Morning all quick question has anyone been using the £5 no7 vouchers with the glitch ? IE going thru self serve and buying the shots etc plus a no7 item for say £8. Using the voucher and getting the rest of the overspend off the no7 item. I have not used the vouchers on self serve b4 didn't know if they would flag for a sa.

Thanks for that. I didn't want to try using the voucher if it would flag for a sales assistant. But I'm getting bored of spending the vouchers on sponges lol. Thought I may pick up a couple of nail varnishes for my Sis as they are £7 so that and a couple ther bits would kill the overspend nicely. Let's all hope this is still working on Wednesday would be nice and busy they may not notice on the manned tills.
  • How do coupons work at the self serve tills? Do you scan them and thow away or feed it into the machine. Dont want to ask sa if im trying the glitch.
    Thanks in advance.
  • still working today did this twice on manned tills, my trabsactions total was around £5 Sa didnt notice:D
