...On a side note a few people mention the repurcussions of cancelling a direct debit... purely from interest i was wondering what these actually are? It has always seemed to be something that would cause problems, but i have never known why!

Have you tried switching the phone into the 'offline' profile and then back into 'general' when this happens? This forces the phone to reconnect to the network an should cure your 'connection error' issue.

If it happens again then you can try an hard reset and reinstalling the firmware, if you don't know how to do this i'm happy to talk you through it.
  • I have done that something like 20 times!!! No effect!

Vodafone price increase did make me think twice about calling them. But the amounts were small and i am lazy.

When i took out the contracts they were £20 inc vat. I did not choose a price plan of xx + vat. Prices quoted are all
inclusive so a bit naughty to increase them mid term.

My contact was up i got my Galaxy SII for £5 less than i was paying for my old nokia. So they are actually getting less
    each month.

Having a slight issue with missed calls and had to drop the phones to 3G only. Need to sort that it makes the internet slow
    whilst browsing on the move.

You seem to be very unlucky as hundreds of people had no problems with this address so far.

Yep. I used the address just before the New Year with no problems.

OP - suggest you send again.
