Hi thetriggerhappypwner,
It's very disappointing to hear about the issues you have faced recently and I would like to see if I can turn this around.
As mobilejunkie has mentioned, you can email in to me personally via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. Please also include a link to your post. I will be happy to address any ongoing problems.
Kind regards,
Heidi

WRT = Web Relations Team. I would imagine 135 gets it to the right team.0 -
To be honest i have found Vodafone customer service ok for such a large company, on most occasions sorting my problems very well with a couple exceptions. The representative on here seems to have shown a proactive manner.
On a side note a few people mention the repurcussions of cancelling a direct debit... purely from interest i was wondering what these actually are? It has always seemed to be something that would cause problems, but i have never known why!0
