the thing about posting it all on here rather than PM'ing is so others can learn from this too should they encounter the same problem - isn't it? ive exploered the advanced option beofre.
All I get are options, refresh, delite, format, load driver

Refresh and Load Drivers are already there. Delete and Format would be presented, which is what you would need to do. But what about the Restore Partition? Is there a reason why was that not used in the first place?0

Did you delete the partition firstly?0
