  • We had a letter through last week with the remaining balance of £88. So in total it's cost us about £31pp for 4 nights. When you think of it like that, it's not too bad. However, we would have preferred a breakdown of costs.

Hi, does anyone know how much it costs to upgrade to a silver apartment at Butlins? Our party is 2 adults, 2 children (2 and 4 months) and I'm worried we'll end up in a one bed apartment. Thanks
  • If you opt out of the linen, do you have to take your own towels?

    Cheers

    hi

not sure what sites you are going to - but at Haven the linen only includes bed linen ie sheets, duvets, pillowcases, so you have to take your own towels if you pay for linen or not....

  • Thanks for the reply, we're going to Haven Devon Cliffs, own linen and towels will be taken, begrudge paying £15 for their privilege :)

just received my confirmation through the post for a daily mail break that I booked to a park resorts in skegness for May halfterm. It is asking for full payment within the next 2 weeks. Is this normal with park resorts does anyone know? normally we book with haven using sun/dailymail offers and we pay the balance 8 weeks before departure.

I booked with Park Resorts last year and they wanted the full payment within two weeks, but have been with other holiday companies who didn't need payment untill 40 days before the start of the holiday (I think that was Hendra) so think that 2 weeks is Park resorts policy.
  • Our last sun holiday was with park resorts, and i seem to remember we had to pay the full amount within 2 or 3 weeks.
