    Byatt on the link Squeaky posted there are templates to download so you just have to alter it to your own needs with recipies and such! No learning required :D

    Otherwise I'm sure there would be tutorials online free.

    Best way to deal with this is get yourself a receipt spike. When you have come back from wherever all you need to do is splice the receipt onto the spike and then when you do your accounting, either weekly or monthly, you have all the information there to hand. Helps not having to scrat around looking for missing receipts as well!
