Of course you're good enough or else they wouldn't have picked you.A new job will always be nerve wracking. Not many days to go now and you'll get a break

    Thank you :o

Well, Wednesday! Half way through the week, yay. I've been a bit naughty this morning :o I knew today would be not be a NSD, as I needed some milk and that was it. I popped into Mr Ts on the way to school, and I somehow ended up buying a pretzel from the bakery stand and some pate, intending on eating it for lunch..... well I've only just gone and eaten it now! :o I hadn't had any breakfast, but still....! Note to self, DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN.

    It was yummy though... :o

  • The job was supposed to start in September, but they were willing to wait until January for me - as I had a temporary job until Christmas...

Ahhhhhh I wondered if it'd been someone due to retire at the Christmas break ..... even more reason that they'll love you if they were prepared to wait that long!:D

So, after having to scrape the ice off my car, then drive through freezing fog, I have got home to MINUS 5 temperatures! Brrr.

Just glad I'm home in one piece, don't plan on moving off the sofa this evening....

  • Glad you're home safely - my front windscreen was still frozen when I went to the Drs around 2pm ... very unusual as it's sheltered by the side of the house & the garage so it must've been cold!

Back garden looks like it's got snow on it, the ice is so thick!

Really need a new outside thermometer ...... new car doesn't have one!!
