We got a house of fraser oval pot for a wedding present, it's purple and it's pretty much the same

Ohhhhh that's nice!:)
I have one that's very similar (but dark blue) but unfortunately it's starting to lose it's non-stick and it chipping around the edges - I got it as a pressie when I got my 1st flat so it's errrrr over 15 years old so I can't complain!:)
I still use it and just make sure it's well oiled but I do have to be careful what I put in it ... and I'd love a new one.
Maybe once the bus fund's got to where it needs to be, that can be my next savings challenge - it's nice having smaller ones that you can achieve relatively quickly (as well as the longer term ones obviously) and get a wee treat now & then!:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

Sounds like a great plan
I like having smaller savings targets, as well as the bigger ones

So, I've written most of my christmas cards
Other things I need to do today:
- put screen wash in car
- check car tyre pressures
- wrap a present for posting

Ohhhhh they're both on my list on the "small things" thread for today and I really must do them as long(ish) trip to the hospital tomorrow ...... must've used at least 1/2 my screen wash going over to Mr T this morning as the roads are horrid - think tractors, wet potato fields and rain
Been putting it off as it's cold outbut off to do that right now or I'll end up doing it in the dark!:D
mmmm might just put the kettle on before I go out and have a cuppa - and mince pie of course - when I've finished;););) .... now, there's an incentive to do it!
*sigh* come on Rising ... get up!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Do you find it tastes different?I much prefer it made in a teapot, but as there's only me that drinks it normally, I just make it with a teabag in the mug. However, I'd really like a nice teapot to have when people come round
