    sf We have been the same as you and DH. Can't get the energy to do anything much. Belated happy Birthday!! To both of you :) I agree that you should move it back a week and celebrate next week when you are feeling stronger.

    I bought a SAD lamp for Mr P a couple of years ago, just need to get him to sit in front of it. Living in the North and under a huge cloud doesn't help any of us.
