Thanks everyone, it is very self indulgent to only work 3 days...but the dogs will be very happy..thats how i keep justifying it to husband!

Mum is doing amazing well...all things considered, this time last year she was in the Psychiatric hospital, she has her 'moments' but his time last year I could not have dreamed she would be this good:j

My dogs are doing well, both very naughty but tolerating each other :rotfl:

We have been fairly proactive this weekend...hubby has spoken to sky, threatened to leave and got our package down to almost half the price! I've cancelled a few dormant bank accounts and am currently looking for a good place for our existing ISAs.

I have got back into selling odds n ends on Facebook which is helping, its nice to have the 'cash' available to pay for things like the dog lessons and the odd takeaway without dipping into the bank account.

I've still not handed my notice in for the extra day.......but i will:p
