Good news on both fronts, then. :)
Hope your mum goes from strength to strength and your house becomes a haven of peace, space and order!

Knowing TPA, there's much more chance of the former than the latter :rotfl:.

Glad mum doing well, and good luck with decluttering, remember it's helping you declutter the mortgage as well :)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

    Bloody cheek!:p

It is snowing here, roads are white and we were going to have a date night for the first time in ages, cinema and a meal...oh well will see if the predicted rain comes down and washes away the white stuff.

Have sold over £1,000 worth of 'stuff' on f/book since December so am feeling VERY pleased with myself:money:

House is still a mess, but much less of a mess than it was......less stuff, less mess, easier to clean........keep chanting TPA you will have yourself convinced soon!:rotfl:

We watched a DVD and bought rediculously expensive steak from Waitrose....was very nice x And best of all we kept snuggly warm as we stayed in xx

F/B stuff: being the[STRIKE] sad[/STRIKE] organised person I am, I have kept a book, have sold anything from beanbags, lamps, books, nicer dicer, mugs, nail varnish, gravey boat, bags, toasty maker, clothes, coffee maker........ you see anything and everything!

We are having a new larger radiator fitted in the hall way on Tuesday at a cost of just over £200, I will be very happy to pay this from the f/b selling funds and not have to withdraw money:money: The rest of it has gone on paying off the remaining CC bills from holiday and buying some things on f/b..ops, that wasn;t supose to happen, but I did get some gorgeous things for the garden £50 for a job lot, M&S vouchers (£50 worth for £30) and a few other bits n pieces:o

Mum is still improving daily which is just fabulous xx

Hi TPA, glad your Mum is getting better and things are going well for your pursuit of mortgage freedom x

Hope new doggie fits into the family!
  • Hi everyone

We are now officially a family of 5 again:D

I finally found the calculator and the piece of paper with the maths on from the begining of the month, so March maths is complete!

We owed £22,877.70 as of 1/3/12.

I'm the cost of an Orangery further away from MF in 2011, albeit not quite the price as a 4x4 I'm in kind of the same boat. Please make it a cheap boat for 2012!
