Sorry to hear your mum is still no better sounds like the hospital needs to get their act together. Also sorry to hear the dogs are still not getting on must be difficult for you. How's the cat handling the fights?

The cat is VERY strange, if the dogs are having a fight she ventures down stairs to watch:eek:

Sadly my day has gone from bad to worse, am not long back from the vets......again, this time with the other dog, bitten by the new one. Decision made, our beautiful new boy has to go before one of them ends up badly injured. As you can imagine I am heart broken as is hubby. We are not sure when he is going, but it will be in the next couple of days. The other doggy is safe with his grandad xx

Thank you all for your support, it means a lot to me xxx

Lois - heads have rolled in the lovely Local Health Board and things are moving, just a shame that we had to make so many complaints and threats before something was done:mad: I pitty the poor people that have no one to fight their corner.

Radish - i'm loving the hanger idea - how clever!

Sounds v sad about the dog not being able to stay. Like TallGirl, I hope he can go to a really good home, and your other dog will be glad to get back to feeling safe in your home.

That sounds absolutely typical of a feline!!!

I am so sorry it hasn't worked out with the dogs - hope you find a good home for him.

Sorry about your mum too...I understand what its like to have parents in hospital and how frustrating it can be if they are not doing anything!!!

    Best of Luck with everything...

  • My beautiful boy is going in an hour, I am heart broken :(

He is going back to the charity we got him from so they can assess him fully, before they find him a perfect forever home, hopefully as an only dog as I think he would love this.

I didn't think one person could have so many tears x

Oh dear TPA really sorry to hear that but it sounds like it was unworkable with the two dogs. Hope they can find him a one doggie forever home.

You did your best so be kind to yourself - hope 2012 begins to improve for you and your family....

Big hug whilst handing over a tissue

You gave him a brilliant home whilst you had him, so try not to be hard on yourself

Can you take him out for walkies until they find him a new home or would that be to painful x

Dogs inspire so much love, don't they? Don't know what else to say except I understand.
