I can believe it - they're quite fun on normal ground!

Those boxes got paint all over it though - the company that own it must have been pished off!
  • No not at all.

the paint was dry, it had been on there a good few hours before we drove through the boxes.

No paint went on the car.

Not as far as i no! lol

Ah ok - there was a bit of pink above the driver's roof strut thing...

Did you record yourself? Go and watch it back!

Edit: I always seem to focus on the off-topic things (now back to topic)....

on the show you were saying that you were bullied because of the way your teeth were and looked.

I was bullied cos i had a speech problem so my self esteem went right downhill and has never recovered

You are an extremely good looking guy.

Well done on the stopping smoking and the sorting your life out

Even though I watch Spendaholics, I must say that the psychological explorations are so extremely tedious and that Benjamin fella is so wet !

Give me Bank of Mum & Dad anytime - a few rollickings and a couple of rows never fail !!!

The one thing I had noticed about Spendaholics is that the debtors who have partners are incredibly selfish. They only seem to worry about 'me, myself & I' and never seem to be in the slightest bit concerned about their husband / wife.

By the way, the young lad this week did well and was getting himself sorted out - he was a nice guy who had been through a bad time so it was good to see a happy ending.
Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.
  • Cheers mate! it was me lol

Stilojon - if that really is you - well done ! I thought you came across as a really nice bloke rather than the conceited selfish types that are often on there.

I do have one question for you though - why a Stilo ???!!!

I used to be involved with Fiat professionally and had a three door Abarth in broom yellow which was great but wouldn't have spent my own money on it !!

Anyway, good luck to you. You were brave going on there and have my respect and I would like to wish you well in the future.

  • Hi richard.

    yes it really is me.

    Why a Stilo.

    God only knows mate.

To be honest I wish I never did it.

I started with punto's and then got the bug for something faster at 19 and the Stilo was in my insurance price range so I thought sod it that will do.

It was an impulse buy, I set my heart on one and wanted it striaght away, I did want a broom yellow one but there wenrnt any in the country so i opted for the black one which was only 6 weeks delivery.

Boy what a big misstake that was.

But a love of Fiats and cheap insurance was why I did.

    Now I wish I didnt.

    LOL

Well This has just done repeat and i caught it for the first time.

It was a familiar story :O

I have been pretty clever with money till uni. when spending got easier even though still making clever purchases. since then (credit) easy come easy go sort of. a pile of money out to buy equipment to start a small business experiment, then the rest was the subject; cars. so now i have 4 project cars and 1 that works, luckyly they are only (comparitively) cheap cars, as in old ones. I have just sold number 6 car that worked and aim to sell the other that works even though its fun. its the best way, and run a 1.1 fiesta temporarily! :(

Still trying to be clever these things can take over, as you wait for each months salary just to get to zero (sort of in a bank account that is).

so great work jon very honest, i'm sure you had a mixed response, infact i some over grown schoolboys were !!!!!in about your stylo :-S live and learn, It could of been great, poss could still be. so you shared it with TV viewers, good on ya.

Hows it going anyway? have you sold all the cars?

    What are ya plans?

And how did ya mates take it?

    Cheers
