    :D 11p JTD - I think I let them keep it;)

    2 x TESCO PORK RIBS 800G £ 6.00 * £ 7.00
    1 x CUCUMBER WHOLE EACH £ 1.00 £ 1.00
    1 x TESCO LUXURY/ BRITANNIA MILK CHOCOLATE 150G £ 0.79 £ 0.74
    1 x TESCO FINEST PORK FILLET (0.511 kg) £ 4.59 £ 4.53
    2 x MCDOUGALLS FINE PLAIN FLOUR 1.5KG £ 3.00 £ 2.00 (good buy)

I wanted to bake biscuit dip in chocolate (like cadbury fingers) but I had to stay behind (cos' I was too lazy to go back home then come back & collect her again) with my DD2 @ life saving swimming club so my spare time was gone by the time we reached home around 8.30pm
RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)

    Morning All! :)

Just had the best news ever! DD1 got a C in her first GCSE - Chemistry :j (because she took the foundation paper that was the highest mark she could get).

So pleased as she has sooooooooooooo stuggled at school. Even in year 3 she couldn't read at all and therefore found everything else so difficult. Also she has a problem with her memory so cannot retain anything for very long. She has hated being on special needs and, especially in primary school, often referred to herself as dumb . Her spelling is still pretty awful but I'm sooooooooo proud of how much she has progressed.

Hopefully this will spur her on for the rest of her GCSE's later this year and next year.

Congrats to DD and well done to mum too. :A
