Good Morning All. When to bed at 3ish yesterday afternoon & didn't even get up for my dinner & my youngest DD when to bed @ 5pm yesterday and still hasn't woke up yet:rotfl::rotfl: both of us missed our dinner & OH is not happy :D

Found out that our oven is not working on x'mas eve & OH had to cook turkey on x'mas day by frying it:(:(.

I have been up since 4am this morning. Sorting out TV licence bill, utilities bills, my lounge is like a store room at the mo as the 2 older kids waited for their sibling to come home to open their prezzies together.

Came down this morning & nealy step on their prezzies when I was reaching for the standing lamp. Now I got 2 more stuff to do before I am free :- Car insurance & credit card statement:eek::eek:.

Took £300 with me on holiday but came back double:rotfl::rotfl:.

Its "interest" day today. I have collected my interest this morning
RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)

I must admit Jason was watching yesterday and thought "there is that woman again" - the one who was rude and clicking her fingers but she was much nicer in this episode.

I think something we have to remember, this is an edited program, we only see what they want us to see. And you are right, how much are they actually spending in the background? especially on their vehicles, gas, etc and how often are they going shopping?

I have been thinking you only see these people buy lots of candy and cereal, etc. but again it is all edited, we aren't going to see veg and fruit, are we?

Although I did look at the size of some of these people and think do you need pop and candy?

I did like the woman who contacts the retailers ands asks if they do coupon for healthy food, and she walks everywhere everyday for 2 hours, so some of them are doing it right.

  • A blonde was mowing the lawn in her garden and accidentally cut off the tail of her cat which was hiding in the grass.

She rushed her cat, along with the tail, over to Tesco!

    Why Tesco??

    HELLOOOOOOOOO!

Tesco is the largest re-tailer in the UK !!!

I know this is a silly question but WHY ? and don't blame BT ..... :D

(and you're not the only one who has said this)

no reason to whether new thread or old thread, link to old working or not ... BACKWARDS ?

OR are you like Aesop is (was?) ? With your settings "newest first" so that the threads are UPSIDE DOWN :rotfl:

Aesop said "I changed my settings so I always see the newest post first. Rather than having to go to the end of the thread to look for new posts.

Which is odd anyway, but more so if you STILL DO NOT search for the last post you actually read and pick up the "conversation" from where you "left it" and follow on in sequence.
Otherwise you're reading answers to questions that haven't been asked yet, especially confusing if answers appear before questions that have been asked based on a previous answer, and an alternative or repeat answer appears in the middle of the two.

EVEN IF you do search and find where "you left the conversation" in this UPSIDE DOWN world, it's a very awkward way of reading the thread ....

... the sequence of posts/chat is UP the page... so you read posts at the bottom first scrolling upwards towards the top ... but you have to read each individual post in the opposite direction, top to bottom (like we read anything). It's like reading a book where the chapters are reversed .... at the end of chapter 2 is the start of chapter 1 and to continue reading not only do you have to go back all the pages of chapter 2 but also all those of chapter 3 to get to its start :rotfl: if you get my drift :) AWKWARD.

(Hate to say this BUT I will .... seeing pandoras' post 2 back :rotfl: .... sounds like a BLONDE way of doing things :D )

And I don't see the point of the inverted thread to help find "new posts"
In my Subscribed Threads list ALL threads that have had any new posts since I last visited the thread are in BOLD and there is a little "v" button top left that takes you directly to the 1st of them. SIMPLES :rotfl:
