Have got to have DS Tribunal Case from our side to Tribunal by the 10th of Jan spent all day Yesterday and Today still no nearer to completion there is 15 years of history to include and have to send it to our representative to go through:eek: she came to visit for first time just before Christmas she advised to get an occupational therapist & speech and language reports done as she convinced sensory issues not being identified in his statement at present so had to sort them out over Christmas privately this took a chunk of time away we should have been preparing the case so now in a bit of panic not helped with Christmas and New Year and postage closures. The LA had a ed phsyc report done middle of Nov only got a copy yesterday in Post atleast she does state in that report on her profesional advice he should not be placed back in the current provision they have named and she is one of the LA's witnesses at Tribunal but a long road yet just praying gets resolved without Tribunal yet should be having a mediation meeting with all parties end of Jan hearing date 7th Feb. So guess everyone will know my New Years wish:)

Although not kept up fully with thread aware nothing been heard from Wendy so sending huggs and best wishes to Wendy

Huggs to everyone with colds and ailments especially Aesop's DS as been poorly lately now believe Aesop not well either now.

Not sure all the details Doc of where you were or what was up but heard mention about your Dad so hope everything okay there and noticed today you back home so hope this is positive news.:A

PS DH got his sleep pac thing fitted 16th Dec he definately not snoring now machine not as nosiey(probs spelt wrong) as thought it would be but he struggling with it so might need different type of mask he can only face one way also as if he faces me blows this disturbing cold air on me it looks so funny:D:D:D He was told he stopped breathing 86 times in one hour:eek:

Blimey might not have posted much lately but think might have just made up for it with the length of this post eeek!

MT, just for the record, you can request a new thread at anytime, you don't have to wait for a BG to decide it is time for a new thread.

We are supposed to request a new thread when we get to 5000 posts or is it 1000? I know diaries is 5000. Anyhow for future ref, anytime you want to star ta new thread, you just pm a bg.

Thanks Aesop for quick update it helps and for your hug enough to keep me going for the rest of tonight as getting back to it now just had quick break to make some toast and put some washing in. Glad to hear DS is well now hopefully you will be well soon too, Oh dear Blue not well also does that mean she had to be off the blue stuff for New Year or is that her meds:D:D:D

We were supposed to be having a family get together Tues after Christmas with DH's family but had to be cancelled as SIL not well but was slightly relieved as could do with time here and had to cancel an invite to BF grand child's 2nd birthday party tomorrow she was a bit disappointed as she had other family coming over from Ireland that we get on well with that will be going back in the evening but there will be plenty of time to socialise when it all over

Needed to share so i though id tell you guys

Firstly much as i love my OH there are a few things about him that we constantly clash on.One is that he had traveled a bit through work and stuff but i have not so have a yearning to go places.This results in me being the one who tends to book our holidays and I have to drag him along.Once hes there he has a great time and enjoys it but hes so aloof about the actual choosing bit that i end up feeling like im making him do things he does not want to.

So anyway a few months ago i had been looking and seen that last minute deals to florida were really not too badly priced.We agreed we would look for jan/feb when we are quiet.
So I looked priced it all out etc and there he is being awkward again.I got quite upset but decided not to have a go and go for a walk,curse his name to myself etc etc.I genrally just feel it wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt always the one to organise things.:mad:

I came home to find he'd done the dishes and made me a cuppa but still wasn't calm so went for a bath.he wanted to talk but i refused not wanting to say all the things i was thinking.

And I'm glad I didnt.When i got out the bath he decided to tell me the reason he was being so awkward was that he has planned a trip for us to go watch the husky races at the end of the month in the highlands:eek:
I feel so bad now for being mad at him:o:o:o
I guess you gotta be careful,sometimes you get what you wish for when you least expect it!

Totally off topic, but has anyone recieved their Rosenborg, or jack daniels calender this year?.

I have gotten mine from wilkinson this year, my mum reminded me i usually get a free one....... wonder how come no calenders this year. I think they don't sell cheese in uk anymore, even clicking uk on the website doesnt take you through, yet the others do

Maybe they shut down or something?
