Will be going to my weigh in in a few minutes and this will be my 6th week. I am hoping to lose just over 3 stone, although my leader has not yet set a goal. What about you, have you got a goal and are you going to Weight Watchers as well? I drink lots of tea too but I take mine black so milk is not an issue. My main problem is lack of exercise, unfortunately I am having problems with my knees so it is difficult to walk too far. Having said that I think I may try and play a few holes of golf tomorrow and see what happens! Will let you know how I get on later.

Yes Weight Watchers, reached 5% target today so now 10% is next goal, I personally want to loose 2st by time go to NY in June but think might be a bit optimistic, long term need to loose 3.5 stone. Exercise is also my biggest probs have gone for about 6 x 45 mins walk since started but still need to do more but I have joint problems (knees and hip worse) which loosing weight and gradual exercise will also help.

    Good evening:D

PM, I think I found your printing problem. Did you upgrade your firefox?

Sometime, my mozilla firefox pop up to tell me to upgrade it but me always ignore it cos the newish always has problem with coupon net installation.

I reinstalled my firefox back to 3.6 and never have probs ever since.
