    Morning All :hello:

Hmmm, do you put the shiny side of foil up or down on the tray when cooking oven chips (or anything else for that matter)?

Cooked some frozen oven chips last night and they all stuck to the foil - foil was shiny side up. Was this why, should I have had it shiny side down?

Who knows, does anyone care? :p

I don't normally think about which way I put the foil on the tray but my chips don't normally stick to it.

Does anyone have the answer or is it just hit and miss? :)
hi i use baking parchment, cheaper than foil

    Price Check Update

We're really sorry. Unfortunately we cannot locate your receipt details on this occasion in order to price check your shopping. This problem only affects a small number of customer shops, and we’re really sorry that this has happened to you.
Please accept our apologies, and hopefully you will be able to check your next shop at Tesco.

I had the same email so obviously it is not just a small number of customers!!

lost another 2lbs today at weigh in:j 9lbs in total DSIL doing better than me but she is walking more and cut her tea down (which I don't drink anyway) she has lost a total of 13lbs:j

Well done. I too am trying to lose weight (joined Weight Watchers a few weeks ago and am due to weigh in later today). So far I have lost 15 lbs and still feeling motivated. I am finding it much easier at the moment because my husband is currently working away from home and I can just concentrate on buying healthy food and not be tempted by food I would normally get in for him.

Anyway keep up the good work!

Thanks FT when trying to install coupon printer it attempts to create a folder but I can't tell what folder it's trying to create as there's no path displayed.

Also, compatibility mode doesn't make a difference, I've tried Windows 2000 and XP SP2 but still the same error stating it can't create the stupid folder.

Any ideas? Surely this app is Windows 7 compatible. Is there an alternative to the I'm using which appears to be made by something called "Coupons, Inc" [that's what it says on the installer].

Wow WELL DONE you 15lbs this was my 5th week. Yes DH is my problem as moans he wants Roasts done in goose fat:eek: he getting them sprayed with fry lite :D boy is he a moaner. Do you have a goal you are aiming for. DSIL used to drink lots of tea and wasn't measuring her milk until I told her put a measured amount in a jug leave in the fridge use that for your tea and then at the end of the day you will know how much you have used. She also tried green tea but with a hint of lemon or something and has swapped several of her normal teas for this and she is trying to get out and walk most days not for long. She was really disappointed as didn't loose to start with made these changes and since lost 4, 3 and 2.5 lbs the last 3 weeks she is really chuffed.
