boy is he a moaner. Do you have a goal you are aiming for. DSIL used to drink lots of tea and wasn't measuring her milk until I told her put a measured amount in a jug leave in the fridge use that for your tea and then at the end of the day you will know how much you have used. She also tried green tea but with a hint of lemon or something and has swapped several of her normal teas for this and she is trying to get out and walk most days not for long. She was really disappointed as didn't loose to start with made these changes and since lost 4, 3 and 2.5 lbs the last 3 weeks she is really chuffed.
Will be going to my weigh in in a few minutes and this will be my 6th week. I am hoping to lose just over 3 stone, although my leader has not yet set a goal. What about you, have you got a goal and are you going to Weight Watchers as well? I drink lots of tea too but I take mine black so milk is not an issue. My main problem is lack of exercise, unfortunately I am having problems with my knees so it is difficult to walk too far. Having said that I think I may try and play a few holes of golf tomorrow and see what happens! Will let you know how I get on later.0 -

And I am the opposite - I WANT TO PUT ON WEIGHT
;)
I don't eat cheese, red meat @ beef, mutton, lamb, yoghurt, cereal, crisps (only like prawns flavour & tomato flavour), butter or margarine (but when I use margarine to bake cake - I eat:o)
I don't drink milk (but I eat chocolate & strawbo ice cream, galaxy chocolates, malteses etc), beer, wine.
I don't like pasta ( I'll eat if there is nothing else to eat)
I only eat : seafood (prawns, fish, squid, crab). white bread or 50/50 bread, chicken (all fats must be taken off), roast duck (only) & pork. Peanut butter, jams.
So if you eat like me - you will have a body of 32-28-34:D, not alot of flesh just skin & bones.:rotfl:RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

Hi
I have checked our price list & you have indeed been charged the correct price.I have spoken to the manager of our watch repair centre in Wolverhampton who has indeed verified thisOur pricing policy is based on a number of factors, from the prime high street sites from which we trade, to the continuing investment in the best tools, machinery, and stock available.
Although we do not claim to be the cheapest on the high street, neither are we the most expensive, but we believe we offer the best value through our service and offer an unequivocal guarantee on all our work.
However the last thing I want is any of our customers to feel ripped off so please take your watch back into our branch where we will take the battery back out & give you a full refund or we will give you a lifetime guarantee for the battery which means every time you need a new battery for that watch you will never have to pay again.I will speak to our manager there & tell him to expect you.
Guess what I am going to do : Returning of course:D
