Noah is bouncing in his jumperoo! He seriously loves it, I think he would sleep in it given the chance. I need to go into town to get the rest of the boys school stuff today, it's so expensive so I'm not looking forward to it!!

Has anyone got anything nice planned for the bank holiday weekend?
    Xx

Ah, just wait till they are 14 and the only pair of shoes in the world to fit them costs an eyewatering £69! Not looking forward to having two in shoes, please let the little one be easier to fit!

Don't worry, it didn't sound horrible at all! :)

By the way, been meaning to say that I'm really impressed with your weight loss efforts - wish I had even a fraction of your motivation. I just want to be thin NOW and struggle big time to motivate myself to put in the hard work... :o

Ive not been doing that great. Im starting slimming world on Monday. Fingers crossed.

    Oh wow!!

Ds1 is At the age where everything he has has to be "cool"!! I don't think he realises that most of the time cool = expensive!!

Just put Noah down for a sleep as he was up early so I now have a chance to sort out the washing and Hoover before we go out. Just hoping he stays asleep for more then 20 mins!!

Generally if you can feel tooth above the skin, it'l be very very sharp, not just bulging if that makes sense?

Aaron started teething around 8 weeks, drooly, hand sucking, etc but he only got a tooth about 2 weeks ago  so I wouldn't worry too much in case you see him in extreme discomfort xx

Yeah Erin was sobbing unconsollably last night till we gave her some calpol - she's not a baby that does much crying so when she does you tend to jump to it and take it seriously so to speak.

I don't think it's through (again it's freakishly early - when you knock the prematurity part off her age she only comes out as 12 weeks or so) but there's a definite unevenness and slightly jagged spot where the bumpy bit is on the gumline, and we've got all the rash on our cheeks, rotten nappy rash, mountains of drool etc going on. Hubby had BETTER get back from work early today and give me a break!

Argh I am waiting for our passports and it's nail biting tension! I haven't even been for a wee because we live in a city centre mid terrace that goes back a looooong way...and toilet is furthest distance from front door so I wouldn't hear it. Same for food, cant hear door from kitchen so I ran in grabbed a banana and that's all I've had today! I'm too nervous to even just make a sandwich!!

I've booked swimming classes for me and Reuben, very excited, they start in sept. annoyingly, it's a half an hour drive away. I have a large swimming pool/leisure centre type thing within less than 5 mins walk, but their policy is to advise all parents of babies under 6 months that they don't go as there is "no benefit". Eh?? So anyway found one, ironically round the corner from the house that I own (but tenants live in it), £61.50 for 15 sessions which I thought was quite good value. Really looking forward to it - anyone else done swimming with their LO?

For weight, she's been consistently between the 75th and 91st centiles since birth, but yes - she's now waaaay off the chart for length! She's 15 weeks tomorrow and some of her 3-6 sleepsuits are starting to seem a bit short! I hope she slows down a bit at some point though or she'll be a very very tall young lady :o

I've now given up on sleepsuits altogether - after I put her in 3-6 month ones and her feet hit the bottom and beyond within a fortnight. We're just doing pyjamas now - I can legitimately get away with them being at half-mast around her legs! (Don't want to cut the feet outta sleepsuits in case they're of use for number 2)

We've got a note on our door advising posties that the front door lock's slightly knackered and it'll take us a few to get round the back and come to the door from that way (oh and s*d orf if you're a chugger or flogging double glazing) - people do actually pay attention to it and cut us that little bit of slack in getting to the door quickly.

We start aqua babies in a couple of weeks - been on the waiting list since just after she had her 8 week jabs (our local pool has a system so complex for booking lessons it could go on the Krypton Factor) - we pay £48 for 11 sessions. Have taken her swimming a couple of times previously and she wasn't 100% happy bunny - no idea how I'm going to manage her in the water (and changing room) on my own! Reminds me - I need to get the next size up little swimmers bought ready for her - after the hell we had finding size 2s after all!

    Morning Ladies,

Babies not sleeping and being grizzly seems to be in the air at the moment! Had the worst night last night that we've ever had! She went down as usual at 7.30pm and she would normally sleep through until 6.00am but not last night! She was up at 11.00pm and that was it until 4.00am, nothing would settle her, not calpol, not feeding, not rocking, feeling knackered! Not sure if its teething, she's had a few bad nappies and is trying to suck on everything she can! Wish I could take her for a long walk to get her some air, but I've got to wait in for her oxygen delivery and it comes between 8.00am and 8.00pm!

Going to upload my pics now!!

Hope all ok and some had better sleeps than me!

    xx
