Time to address the finances...

Morning All - Well first the good news - the house did not burn down whilst we were all asleep which I have to say is a plus - and in fact the casserole smells delicious even if it is 6am in the morning - looking forward to tonight.
So last night did a Mr T shop ( delivery today) all very organised and then DH comes home to say he is away all next week - DOH!:o we are away at his work annual launch ball this weekend so really wont be at home much, so really glad i have decided on the SC recipes as I can freeze most of it.
So my eating yesterday was rubbish - its like something in my head clicks to "eat eat eat" which is not so great - still under my calories according to my fitness pal..but that maybe that I forgot a few things..lol. Anyway sitting here having just eaten my weetabix and chopped banana and cup of coffee feeling very healthy. Wonder how long that lasts...
Anyway on the MSE front paid a couple of little payments to CC's today. So thats another few pound gone..My focus is to clear or as near to it a possible the next lowest CC - so have £650 to find to clear it...Still have a little amount put aside from my expenses so will use that if I have any left at the end of the month. Although that still leaves me with £400 or so to raise in sales/ or budget control.:eek:
DH has had to swap his company vehicle this week for new job - which means much less tax in his pay - we worked out ( or should that be I ) explained he should be about £300 better off once it gets adjusted and maybe he could provide maybe half of that as additional funds for the debt..:rotfl: Funny enough there was a lot of mumbling and shuffling but I think the look he got from me you know the one I call the loving/ really for us look he affectionately calls the death stare ( not sure why :A) made us agree on an extra £100 coming my way a month..this obviously increase ( sorry may) once it appears after a month or so..:rotfl:

great news on the slow cooker. i had one but broke the crock pot so need to get a new one when i can i loved it.

Well it is a little colder here than it has been, but hey that wont dampen my Friday feeling:D.
Quick update - have made another little payment to CC's as sold a few items on the bay of e...so as soon as they paid so did I..Anyway relisted some items yesterday so hopefully they will sell this time round.
Now not meeting DH until tomorrow night at event as he has to work during the day - godsend for me really as I really stress about what I am wearing meeting people I dont know - that and it means his dinner tonight the company pays for instead if us - so win win I say :rotfl:

So not much else to report - not done a casserole etc for tonight as did not know until late I was not going, so will have a nice chilled evening and I cannot wait!

Morning All, Well the weekend is finally here. i know its been a short week, but boy has it dragged..:)
Anyway not much to report today, as been up early to get things sorted as off to DH work event today - so need to be really organised, as not back until tomorrow. So washing done, ironing still to be done and now I need to find some thank you gifts for his team - so I need to go into town also..I dont mind but I wish he could of let me know before 10pm last night..lol.

Anyway no extra payments today, and I have not added anything new to my sales - so really must sort that next week. On a plus have managed to lose a couple of lbs in weight - so all in all not a total shambles of a weekend - although that may go back on after tonight..lol

Anyway must dash - have a great weekend x

Slow cookers are great though it took me ages to trust mine enough to leave it on when out You have inspired me with your eBay sales & I have listed 4 things now .... Bids on 2 already :j so must find some more this weekend while I have the inclination !

I went to DH company ball over the weekend. Was really good, until towards the end of the evening, there were a few ladies that maybe had had a few too many to drink and maybe were not so lady-like . So as that started we made a sharp exit and left :rotfl: Anyway was nice to spend some time together...

MSE News - Well as if this morning I have made it into the 33's only just mind you - but there none the less! so updated my signature, I have no bids on my stuff on ebay, so I better get organised and do some listing this week - the bills wont pay themselves :rotfl:. Morning All, well yesterday was a little non eventful really. Spent £3.59 on some new bulbs for my car which was unexpected, but urgently needed. So outside of that would of been an NSD..aww well maybe today.
So I think if I am really careful for the rest of the month, I should be able to clear the smallest of my CC's in full! :j Which is very good. Infact if I sort my life out and get some things listed and selling on the bay of e..then it will be a definate and I can be working on the next lowest card very soon...
Made another small payment to a couple of the Cc's today - I have to say whoever came up with the rounding of the bank balance is genius..it really is truly amazing how quickly it all adds up! I transfer my odds into a savings account and everytime I get to £5. I transfer to a CC. Better than earning nothing in interest and also it really does make a difference..
