Now I'm impatiently waiting for it to arrive. No idea how long it will take. I'm spending it in my head already.... I think I can pay off 3 debts with with, leaving me with 1 cc and my CU loan.
For anyone else who needs to know, we have to pay tax on the interest. I haven't seen the letter as it went home, but it should state how much interest they are paying you back and it's 20% of that I believe... apparently HMRC will adjust your tax code so you don't have to pay it back in one lump sum.0 -
