I will check it out then when Owen goes it bed, every little helps its just i dont want them writing to me that ive been overpaid and owe them money!

Ah, our council is really good with recycling. We have cardboard sack, paper sack, cans and glass, green waste and now even food waste! So im forever in and out the garage recycling...cant wait till Owen is a bit older to help me :D

Its such a relief when other mums tell me there baby hasnt slept through the night and doesnt sleep well. All i ever hear from other women is my baby slept through the night from 6 weeks and then they moan that there tired if there baby had them up at 5 or 6am:mad: Owen still suffers from wind all these months on , when he wakes at night its either his teeth or wind.
Ah, the whole teething thing is a bit of a nightmare, well has been for us each tooth seems to take a month to come through for him! were 6 down and another 14 to go:rotfl:

I've just took the monkey out for a walk and got him to sleep, now we're waiting for national grid to come as we can smell gas, we have had someone out 3 times now and theres still a strong smell of gas at the front of our house. They said they would be with us within the hour. There is a man about 3 doors down that works for national grid you would of thought he would of smelt it these past 6 months as when the wind blows you can smell it outside his place too.

Hi Mariagti! THey base your tax credits on your previous years income. Mine was always a little out due to overtime etc so I used to make sure that I would be underpaid and get it added onto the next year instead of having to pay them back. Have a google of 'tax credits -am I entitled', it only takes five minutes to do and will give you some idea of your entitlement. Remember at the end its for the rest of this financial year so you need to divide it by the amount of weeks left to find your weekly amount.
My DD is almost 7 and shes only slept the full night for the last 2 years!!! I'm sure Owen will be better than that!

Hey Hjanea thanks for popping by, oh really no sleep for 5 years! Arh, im feeling it after one! And im even thinking about when we should plan our next! :rotfl::o

I had a quick look and it says i can claim £10 a week child tax and can back date it by 3 months. Ive wrote down the number to call for a form. So hopefully i will be able to claim that. :j There was something about housing benefit on there too £15 a week but im not sure i entered all the details in correct as got myself a bit confused!

On boxing day i bought a few bits in the sales for next years christmas presents! I plan to be very organised for xmas 2012! Im also looking for bits in sales for birthday presents too;)

Right quick to do list for 2moz before i go to bed!

    - Fix the black out blind in owens room ( it feel off the wall 2 weeks ago taking a huge chuck of the wall with it! OH has filled the holes and will fit it higher up 2moz)

    - Take pics of my beloved Mothercare spin pram which is sadly too small for owen now and list on ebay

    - Pop to parents and pick up Ownes stroller and my old music system ( i plan on buying a nursey ryhmes cd to sing along to lol)

    - Weather permitting trim up the front garden as its a bit of a mess

Im off to make up a bottle for the morning then to bed night all x

Hello Missymoo and Muffin thanks for popping by, good to hear from some other mummies

Ah missymoo, i know exactly how you must be feeling...Owen had awful colic from about 3-4 weeks to 5-6 months! Feeding times were hard as it would cause him pain but he was also a very hungry baby! We tried everything for it the usual gripe water, infacol, colief (massive waste of money that was!) even a tummy tub bath. In the end i noticed the bottles we were using..tommee tippee were filling him full of wind as the teats would collaspe and you could see him taking in the bubbles. I bought Dr Browns bottles in the end for colic and also Comfort milk and the difference this combo made was huge! He still had pains and wind but the crying calmed down a hell of alot and he took his bottles easier. At 15 weeks i tried him back on normal number 1 milk within an hour he was screaming in pain again so i instantly changed him back to comfort milk as its thicker so they take in less air and also has less lactose in it.
Have you given any of those a try? Also being upright helps them so putting a pillow under there mattress so they tip up a little is suppose to help. Some nights when it was really bad he slept in his bouncer! I really hope your Roo's colic goes sooner rather than later, its horrible for both mother and baby :(

Muffin- Im a sucker for prams its really bad! Our spin was an ex demo off ebay but it was brand new, all that was different was the mothercare labels were crossed out with a marker. Only thing is the brake got stuck on once when i wasnt there and my OH took the wheel off and sawed the rod off! So now only one brake works!!!! So not holding out much hope on getting much for it. have you had any problems with your spin's brakes? i read on reviews its quite a common problem with it.

Ive had 5 prams in total!!! We now have 3 lol the spin, a quinny zapp xtra stroller and a mclaren stroller. The spin is to be sold, we use the quinny all the time and the mclaren is for when his older but we use it for if we go 'off road' haha

Owen slept well last night 7.15pm-4.40am and we got up at 5am. Although when he sleeps that long i still wake in the night look at the time and think oh his still asleep..i wonder if his ok? OH was snoring half the night too keeping me awake grrr cant win lol
