So £500 later my mouth is nice and sore and I am still waiting for the anasthetic to wear off nearly 3 hours later.
Going back in a mouth for the other side, at least thats paid for now.
Hopefully means my other teeth will stay in and means I should keep the other 2 for a while longer....think my life will be full of teethy woes!
Simon's teeth and his kids are pretty bad too so if we had a kid it has no hope!
Roll on the lottery win, I would defo go get a implanted hollywood smile..
As soon as the new credit card is here I can start transferring the cards around, paid the £500 on my tesco card today to get the measly 150ish clubcard points for it.
On a money making note I have signed up for the netflix free trial, £12.12 cashback via TCB, currently watching Teen Mom on it, I love this show! It has some over good shows on it too that are sky only so its good. Not a lot on it though really so doubt would pay for it.
Our internet is now unlimited so I am going to activate the 6mths lovefilm soon too that I brought last year. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Sunday afternoon and I am lacking motivation...... I have two pieces of college work to amend and hand back in this Tuesday but I just can't be bothered to do them.....I need to be bothered though......
I realised yesterday that after paying the £502 on my Tesco card for my teeth I will be over my credit limit so have made an additional payment of £40 today and am hoping I wont get an over my limit charge.....:o
Got the kids for probably the whole of next week . We had them Friday night until lunchtime yesterday as she had social plans....but then she did her back in so we are probably going to have them all this week now. Joyous.
Although she was well enough to go out earlier.....Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Virgin credit card arrived today so have transferred the balances across, charge was £45 for both but means I don't have to worry about them until June 2013 now, will just pay minimum balance and put the other cash in my savings.
Dont think I am going to bother with the money transfer, £40 charge to get an extra £1000 in my savings, interest rate isn't enough to make a profit so will prob just use the spare credit left on it for when we book a holiday as purchases are 0% for six months.
Going to lock myself away upstairs in a minute and try and do one of the pieces of my college work, its just amendments so shouldn't take too long, last night tomorrow then next Tuesday is half term.
Am hoping we won't have the kids that night and that Simon will be out at band practice so I can have the house to myself but as it is half term I expect we will have them!
Think I might invest in a desert island!!!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
12 days until payday, am looking forward to it to start putting money in savings again!

My laptop battery has died so have just ordered a non branded one from Amazon for £15, hoping it won't be rubbish!
I am looking forward to next week as no kids finally!
They are staying with their grandparents, will have to plan something for me and Simon on one of their weekends in next couple months, shes not had them for much time at all this year!
I might sound harsh but if we want to do anything on our times she has a proper hissy whilst Simon wouldn't even think of saying no to her....
Not much else to report, Simon is in need of some constant nagging to start getting this house in order, I should be able to
get my savings up to £10k this year and he has access to £12k in shares so would really like to have our house up for sale by end of year. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
6 days until payday and I have £35 left.....won't be up to much fun stuff this weekend! But I am not working at least!
The laptop battery I ordered didn't fit so I am going to have to send it back and order another one which is a tad annoying!
I claimed another £5 from neilson mobile the other day and the £15 John Lewis vouchers from the Which trial arrived this week too so thats all going towards Christmas fund!
I might be moving jobs again but not sure yet, there is a job going at a garage nearer my home, one of the other girls I worked with left to go there around the same time I left Vauxhall and our old manager has just got a job there too so handed my CV in yesterday but have to wait to see if he decides to interview me when he starts!
Will be until 6pm each day but 1 in 3 saturdays instead of every other and a better basic wage.
More chance to earn comission too, learnt more about the bonuses at my current job the other day, they are worse than I thought!
Have to wait and see though! Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Quite sad its Sunday already! I have only had 1/2 days holiday off work so far this year, got a long weekend in 2 weeks time but I could do with a week off!
I did a £5 survey last night for newvistalive on insurance, was really really boring so best get paid for it! Took about 45 mins too!
Now have £20 to last me until Friday, should be doable if I take packed lunches, but that involves going to Tesco and I am not sure I wanna do that today....
Thinking of going out soon to a reptile place to have a look around for something fun to do!
Think I might need to spend some more money on the car soon, MOT is due in just over a month but think I might need some new brake pads fitting, Simon tried to take the wheels of the car today to take a look but they are on too tight.
I could just go buy a new car and save on the MOT and brakes.

So another pay day comes and I am virtually skint already!
Got paid £1198 into my bank account today and there is £250 left!
£580 went to Simon for all the household stuff.
Paid off HSBC credit card at £38.45 (at least thats now cleared!)
£25 to Tesco card (will clear that next month)
Put £250 in savings.
Got £59 in DD's to go out for phone, cat insurance, cinema and charity.
I know I shouldn't moan but I have a fairly hectic month coming up, its my best friends birthday tomorrow and I am getting my hair cut tomorrow too so thats over £100 gone there alone!
I am thinking I will pay for my hair cut on my credit card as its about £70 and just pay it off next month.
I am throughly fed up of money right now, I seem to find ways of earning a few extra pennies but then chuck it all away on nothing at all. I am angry at myself right now.
I am off work today, came home sick yesterday as I am having the period from hell (sorry if TMI) so my wages will be !!!! again next month too.
I am sure thats not helping my overall mood but I am just fed up of pretty much everything right now, don't seem to have done anything interesting for last few months, life just seems to be work work and more work and I don't seem to have anything to show for it. Earning £200 ish a month less than I was before is not helping my moods either as I am struggling more financially.
I want to make plans for my future but some days I just want to run away from my entire life. The older I get the more scared I am of change too, just a few years ago I really wanted a baby, now I am not sure if I do want that, I think deep down I do but because I find it hard to struggle with the fact Simon already has kids its more of a worry, just feels like nothing would be as special as if it was a first child for both of us.
Best stop ranting and go do something round the house to make me feel a bit more productive.
:cool:Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Managed to get a bit less moody earlier.
I cleaned out guinea pigs and did some washing and washing up to make me feel more productive.
I am 1/3 of the way to my next Swagbucks voucher and claimed £12.72 from TCB today for the netflix trial in the form of an amazon voucher (would have been £12.12 cash) so added that to Christmas fund :j
Got work in morning, 4 hours, but not looking forward to it. Hate going back to work after being ill as always feel like I will be getting snide remarks......
Got next Friday booked off but might change that to a 1/2 day if they let me take today as a holiday so I don't lose pay. Vauxhall used to let you do that but I dont know if I can do it at this job.
Would rather lose a days holiday than £70!
I might hear from the other job possibility next week, if I don't I guess its wait until Autumn to see if the girl I am covering is coming back, tbh I am hoping she does so I can leave, might be a good chance to break away from what I am doing into something I might enjoy!!!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Had a very expensive weekend!!!
Got my hair done yesterday which cost £95  also got my nails painted for £6.50.
I also brought 3 bags from claires accessories (yes I am a child
), two for me and one for my best friend for her birthday at a total of £44.
They both went onto HSBC credit card, so theres now £145.50 on the card.
Spent £24 in Boots on my debit card and took £50 cash out too, I now have £6.20 left of that after drinks etc last night for mates birthday....
Did get 200 extra points on my boots advantage card though, got £12.50 on it now.
Am out Wednesday night for leaving drinks for a friend who is moving to Isreal but will only have a coke as will be driving (shes teetotal too so no pressure to drink!) and will need some dinner.
Then need to try and be very careful with money until week of 16th when my friend who lives in London is visiting her parents for the week as we might be going out for a day if I can get time off work (depends on if I am moving jobs again!).
About to do an online Tesco shop so we dont have to go tomorrow. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Done the Tesco shopping, spent £80 but stocked up on tissues and loo roll and shouldn't need to eat out at all this week.
I need to get petrol for my car, its 5p per litre more expensive in Bedford than Milton Keynes though, but I am not going to Milton Keynes for a few days at least so will just have to put a bit in until I do.
I am trying to stop being annoyed at myself for wasting monies again, I think I need to stay away from gambling money making deals as I don't have the will power to not play on.
. I am still really angry at myself for playing into companies like that!
Anyway done with now, will have to not be a muppet.....
Need to think bout booking our holiday as June half term is only 3 months away.
I am going to do the £10 a day challenge for March and try and get some extra pennies and the NSD challenge too.
But I think I am going to go to bed and read for a bit now as I am really tired as only had 6 hours drunken sleep last night. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0
