    Hello Jellie,

Glad to hear you resisted too - wow we're both good at this ain't we (she says sniggering away!!).

Well I made it through day two without even being tempted to buy anything even when watching Create & Craft (I know I should'nt be watching it but old habits are hard to break - once a craft-a-holic always a craft..........!!!) I did record a programme from there though which was using a cd I had already bought so hopefully that will give me loads of inspiration to actually take the cd out of the wrapper and use it!!!!.

I managed to make three cards (well two cards and a picture actually) to enter into three different online challenges and will try and upload the pictures onto my blog tonight when the little ones are asleep. I also made birthday cards for me dad and MIL and got those posted off first thing so hopefully they should arrive on time. I think its the first year I did'nt just look online to find a suitable digi stamp image and actually used some of physical stash to make the cards. Maybe a leopard can change its spots (or a crafter can change their paper stash?) Have decided to keep the picture I made for my little girl to give her as a birthday or christmas pressie as she said she wanted it while I was making it. She did'nt see the finished result so hopefully she';ll like it and she seems to have forgotton about it for now. So thats one handmade gift down - only another 39 to go!!!

No progress on essentials list though - must try harder - a job for tonight maybe?

Also made a start on the weightloss today - I took the kids rollerskating for two whole hours (god I'm aching already!!!) - but did come home and eat three spoons of Nutella - it was yummy !!!!!!!

Well kids are back to school today so I have approximately 6 hours to tidy up my craft room.

I may never return (having been buried under piles of papers, stashes of stamps and enourmous amounts of embellishments!!!!

Just a quick note to let you know I am still alive - not yet drowned under a mountain of paper!!!!

The craft room tidying is coming along but will probably take all of tomorrow and the next day but I have had time to load a couple of cards onto my blog if anyone is interested.

At least all this tidying has stopped me from even looking at crafty websites to buy more lovely stash - 4 days here we come!!! xxxx

On their forum in the challenges section there is something about stash busting that you can join for further encouragement.

Still here - still tidying but it's starting to look gook - I've amazed myself at just how much crafty stuff I have!!!!

Now its getting organised properly, I will be able to find everything I need and also will only have to look around to see exactly how much I have and why I don't need to buy anymore (well thats the plan anyway!!!!!).

Its now been five days since my last craft purchase xxxx

    Hi everyone,

The craft room is super duper tidy and looks so much better. I really do have a lot of crafting stash!! MY dies are now all neatly stored together and I can see at a glance which ones I have, my paper is nicely stacked in piles (theres an awful lot!!!), my stamps are all arranged in catagories (again a lot of them) and my embellishments are nicely in little drawers. Obviously I've got loads more but I won't bore you with all the details.

However just because I have this much stash does'nt stop me wanting (no yearning) for more. I nearly weakened in Tesco today. They had loads of kids christmas craft things really reduced. I picked up loads of packets of felt shapes, a paper pack, make your own decorations kit, card kits, mirri card and a few other bits and pieces but managed to stop myself and put it all back on the shelves before I went to the till - result! They were really cheap though so if anyone needs anything like this it may be worth a look.

Me however shall just keep working my way through my existing stash - it may (actually will) take some time!!!!! I can do this. Its been 6 days since my last craft purchase.

Also, on the plus plus side, a friend came round today for a while and bought £10 worth of cards from me so my pot total is off and running - yipeeeeee!!! Plus I have a meeting with a local wedding shop (which also have a big internet business as well as its retail shop) at the end of January to show them samples of my work with the possibility of them stocking my items. I am working on things to show them at the moment so keep an eye out on my blog for pics of some of my creations - coming soon xxxx

    Happy crafting xxxxx

    Happy crafting everyone xxxx

    hello everyone, me again.

Well I can't believe I'm here on day 10 and I've still not spent anything on craft. I've not even bought a craft magazine as I'm finding loads of free inspiration on the web looking at peoples blogs, galleries of ideas from manufacturers and the docrafts gallery (which I have also started loading photos of my creations onto). I've entered three challenges now and my craft room is still looking good so I'm feeling happy.

The samples for the wedding shop meeting I have are coming on well too so fingers crossed I may be able to sell some of my items through them.

Teddy Bo are also having a party blog hop this week to win some of their digi stamps and as I absolutely adore him I have decided to enter this as well in the hope of getting some free crafting stash (obviously I don't need anymore craft stuff - I have enough to keep my whole village crafting for at least 3 years - but I just WANT some more!!!!).

Well I'm off again to keep crafting - I have the whole morning to entertain myself. Happy crafting everyone xxx
