I am really looking forward to payday on Monday. I am loving this challenge because I am excited because I want to pay more debt off rather than being desperate as I've ran out of money. :j

Still have occasional guilts of not having LBM sooner! begone guilty thoughts!!!
  • Hooray for the weekend! Well done to all the debt-busting everyone.

I have had accidental NSD as I did weeks shopping in l*dl only to get to front of queue and find no debit card in my purse. Thank goodness I looked before it got rung up. Had to put it all back. So much for saving a shopping trip at the weekend

Still don't know how much boiler will cost in total (had it serviced too) so don't know yet how much I will be able to pay off next pay day - still 2 more LONG weeks to go anyway.

Just took my mum out for her Mother's Day Dinner. I figured as Wales were on to win the rugby Grand Slam, she wouldn't be in any state to be taken for dinner on Sunday.

Definitely not a NSD for me :'(

Well I've just got in after a VERY interesting night out with work... I was driving so completely sober but had such a great night, some of the people I work with are completely bonkers but in a face aching, side splitting funny way! I also think I'm about to do a u-turn in what I thought my appraisal and job future was going to be. It seems that my colleague who gave me the heads up that I was being watched in fact had only just heard about funding problems for my salary that happened months ago and incorrectly assumed that it was happening now. He had my best interests at heart and I really appreciate that he told me as he was trying to help but he was talking about old news and it has nothing to do with questioning my work. Phew!!! In fact, in everybody's happy-drunk states I got a lot of compliments on my work from many of my colleagues and my boss gave me the heads up on development for my future within the company that we'll discuss further in my appraisal which will probably be Tuesday as we've got a huge amount of work to do on Monday.

Sorry for the waffle but this has really been preying on my mind for the last couple of weeks and it is such a relief to find out that firstly, it wasn't true but the guy who told me was trying to help me by telling me and secondly, that my future is shooting for the moon! All in all a fabulous day!!!

Very tired though guys so nighty night and I'll catch up on what everyone has been up to later this morning... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz *yawn*
