Oh the plus side washed & exfoliated the dog last night and then mother in law cleaned the house for me today!
Right off for shower then bed and see what I can't find now she has tidied everything up!0 -
I came home at just after lunch today to find DH has cleaned the entire downstairs for me  hes also put a double plug socket on the back of the kitchen unit that sits in the center of my kitchen
seems all my moaning about having the deep fat fryer steam going staight up under my wall units had indeed been noted
DH is currently sat on 'the game' and part of me wants to throw something at the back of his head as hes been on it since 1pm  but the other part is saying 'he did do all that cleaning for you . . . ' hmm, well, ill leave him for the minute, but if he tries to stay on till 1am again like last night im sure I can find a sizeable shoe to launch in his direction :rotfl: :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

Thanks camuk and mrs AtS
I've just found a very MSE birthday present for my sister. Going to subscribe and save up 7 copies of "cake decoration" magazine. If I do it through their website I can get lots of free gifts delivered with itShe's really into her cake decorating and makes cupcakes all the time, so hoping she'll love it as a really well thought out gift. Her birthday is October so it will go in the presents box

Been very MSE for Mother's day. Made 2 lovely hanging baskets with colourful primulas in. Cost £8 each, garden centre £19.99:eek:
Bought 2 books from The Book People with free 1st class delivery and 2 beautiful free gift bags. (Much better that I thought they would be, should have been £2.99 each).
Both sets of parents coming for lunch on Sunday too, so no expensive meals out.
